Unless you have never eaten in any kind of restaurant where the food is prepared out of sight and/or eaten any prepared sandwich or airline meal you should almost certainly add "knowingly" ... but not push your luck by adding "at the same time".

oven meals, oven chips, microwave meals, almost any convenience / heat-up / 'ready meals' type of food.

Which is funny because in South India 'ready meals' is thali, so huge bellyful (sometimes endless rice and sambhar) of food for a few rupees. None of it processed food.

It is healthy to eat bogies- their content boosts your immune system - google it if you don't believe me....please don't go out of your way to do it though in public especially (I saw someone with a King's College Hospital I.D. badge making a right meal of them last week btw), but if you have done it- no need to feel guilty...toe-jam anyone?????

    • These have reduced over the years, are "perfect" lives Round Robins being replaced by "perfect" lives Instagram posts where we see all year round how people portray their perfect lives ?    The point of this thread is that for the last few years, due to issues at the mail offices, we had delays to post over Christmas. Not really been flagged as an issue this year but I am still betting on the odd card, posted well before Christmas, arriving late January.
