Answer to number four: the market forces mean they're wanted. When people stop going, they'll close up.

Answer to number one: probably they're taking too much time clearing up after the little ones.

Answer to number two: don't care. Complain to management. No point asking us!

Answer to number three: We don't need more chains here. Cheners is fab.

I have been beaten up by several forumites on this point, and can confirm through my broken teeth and split lip that the northern end is the bottom. Can also confirm that I'm very sorry and won't do it again.

Call me shallow but if I have to pay full price for a book I want to do it somewhere a lot less manky-looking.
