Could i have a bit of advice please. New boyfriend , has a poo here before he leaves, and doesnt open the window or spray any air freshner . I also suspect he didnt wash his hands . Yuk . Should i say something ? If so, what and how should i say it . Im usually accused of being blunt to the point of hurtful , so dont really want to hurt his feelings as he has a few problems at the moment . Its putting me right off him .

When he's tending the "lady garden" crack one on hi.....

No, on second thoughts you say "has a poo here before he leaves " what every time...?

Here's my advice either get him to leave earlier, by say half an hour "cos then you can stink your own loo out big boy"

Or tell him to read the EDF.

Or strip out all the loo paper so when he "goes" he has to ask & you can seize the moment.

Or "Dump" him

Or go to his , retaliate in same way.

Or give us his e-mail address

?

W**F

* one day you won't even notice him reading the sun on the loo*

Don't you dare come near me if you haven't washed your hands xxxxx.

Then go to the loo and pretend to "heave" and turn a shade of pale green.

He'll get the message.

Oh well thats just charming Quids, me and Daizie haven't even laid eyes on each other let alone clean up after each other. However, I can promise you that if Daizie had stumbled across the rectal melt down I subjected forest hill to last night her hair would've fallen out. God, it shot out like flock of sparrows and I had to sand blast the bowl in the morning!

Daizie,

couple of things:

1. how new is this boyfriend, ie is he a keeper?

2. he may have his problems but his (apparent lack of) hygeine is causing you some new ones. talk to him.

3. better to just let him know as the little things have a habit of turning into (relationship-ending) big things.

not easy, as if you didn't like him you wouldn't have posted, but do it now and you may reap the rewards etc

if it doesn't work out, i'll provide a well-defined shoulder for you to weep on, :)

If it was me (god knows how i still have a boyfriend) i would make a point of going past the toilet and going cor that stinks i'm going to open the window the say i hope you washed your hands after that one. Maybe that's not the best approach but you need to something about the window opening and the hand washing asap otherwise it will consume your relationship. I shared a flat with a man who only pooed and showered once a week (he was a stinky hippy) and his routine was to do his massive smelly shit then have a really hot steamy shower to accentuate the smell and it made me want to hurl but he just laughed anytime any of us told him his routine stank the house out. I also live with a flatmate who wees all over the floor and the walls somehow but i'm too embarassed to say anything about it despite having to walk on it.

Thanks, its always good to hear males point of view. Im never sure if im over reacting . I told my mum and she said

'dirty b#####d ' .

I now think ive two options, approach it in a 'jokey' way, and put on the nose peg i had for swimming, ready for when he's 'been' and he goes to kiss me goodbye ..

Or pretend ive got OCD and he has to keep washing his hands too . Thats alright is'nt it ? LOL

next time why not just say as he pops up to the loo

"oh, if your going for a poo could you leave the the window open a bit?"

you'll not doubt get a chance somewhere along the way to mention the hand washing malarky...

however... my instinct tells me that if you already find his habits a turn off, you ain't going to love him for long!

Obviously dump him is the response this post demands - but someone beat me to it!

So....

Stick his nose in it.

That'll soon teach him.

Yes Mick.

Actually The Young Lady standing behind me has just said "No! Tell him the truth i.e. his hands smell as they have been wiping his xxxx and he will spread germs. Just be straight with him."

I was not going to comment on the not washing hands issue TLS - I just can't quite believe that someone would not wash hands - its hard to prove he did not, unless Daizie was in there with him.

But yes anyone who does not wash their hands after the loo should be dumped immediatley - goodness knows what else they do not wash.

    • Hi there, We are currently having issues with our current nursery in ED, and are looking for an excellent childminder or nanny locally. We live on Melbourne Grove so can walk within a 5-10 min radius. Ideally to start in January 2026 please. We have a 14 month old girl. Any recommendation for other childcare providers would be appreciated too! Thanks a lot, Jojo

    • Second time Aria has completed a plumbing job for me and both times he’s been polite. Communicative, kept to time and completed the job. He’s very helpful and tidy as well. First job was ball valve in water tank, not easy at all. He and his team were fantastic. This time kitchen tap cylinders replaced and tap tightened.  Much appreciated, Aria thank you.

A donation of £30 will pay for a hamper to feed someone living on their own over the Christmas period.
