The BEST estate agent has just arrived in East Dulwich!!!

Recommended Posts

Hello all,

Estate agents are not the most popular however I was walking along lordship lane this Sunday afternoon and heard a polite "Hello Fidelma". To my surprise it was Paul Bent an agent who I had dealt with some years ago through KFH to buy and sell one of my properties. He is AMAZING, so honest and diligent, I wholeheartedly could not recommend him enough. He is now the new manager of Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward on Lordship Lane, East Dulwich. If anyone is thinking of selling please call him he will not disappoint, he even remembered my two children's names and our dog buzz! Paul may be an estate agent but I judge him solely on what a great human being he is! If you want to sell your home though a honest, hard working, charming and will not bull**** you then Paul Bent is your guy!

Thought I would promote him because he is one of the good'uns and now a real asset to our community.

Thanks

Fidelma

Blimey - BEST - he must be good if he moved you immediately to register on here and make your first post. That having been said, some estate agents who are new to the area do seem to have that galvanising effect on people - for example see eastdulwichfan on the following thread http://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/forum/read.php?30,1170289,page=1

Will they never learn!?!?

These threads are gold. Why do first time posters with glowing recommendations do it?! We're not stupid. Why would you take them seriously, they haven't built up any credibility. Infuriating.

Anyway, everyone knows that No Flies are the best estate agents in East Dulwich! Lovely people:)

Funding crisis is getting worse and the VAT on Education pushed children out of independent schools, now their SEND needs are to be met by the state.
    • I completely agree with you - and last night was really terrible where I am. Between midnight and 1am was the worst, where it genuinely felt like a war zone. I had to run out of my house to try and stop a grown man setting them off in open space right by our front doors. In response he went to throw a half lit one at me and then seemed to think better of it. I am so sad at how bad the situation has got here and how selfish people are. Fireworks are bad for the environment and for pets and wildlife, as well as just being unnecessary noise for people too. I have sent an email today to Helen Hayes, which I have done previously on this issue. Would advise anyone to write to your MP to do the same, and to ask them to engage with the debates scheduled for 19 Jan.
    • And they started long before midnight!
    • First mate - I wondered if I was imagining things at 4.45 this morning . Apparently not .
