Thanks for that...General Echo was one of my faves (when I was young!). Now, you said he always brings a smile to your face...well...this next tune by Buju Banton always makes me laugh my head off...all for the wrong reasons mind...personally, I think his voice is atrocious...but, perversely...it makes this tune very listenable! Strange...see what you think:

Ahhh, lovely! Me too! Here's another one with a gorgeous voice and melodies: Prince Lincoln www.youtube.com

Yes! Yes! Yes!

Now you've got me into Gregory Isaacs mood. This has to be one of his best...I've posted it on this thread before...but I don't think anyone will mind if I post it again...it's an absolute classic...and...oh yes...that voice...

Ha ha! Got tofu tomorrow, stir-fried with chilli, garlic, onions, peppers, beansprouts, mushrooms, ginger and noodles. Mmmm...with Gregory in the background...yum.

Bon Apetit!

EXCELLENT!

Hadn't heard that one for years! Thank you. Right...back to dinner, before hubby files for divorce!

Oh...just one teeny one more...again from those Mighty Gems (I do love them): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XC7CatrXWUs&feature=related.

Enjoy back!

    • Quote "it was quite clear that it wanted to nip me." Doesn't say clearly that it tried to bite you , but instead implies that you had the impression, right or wrong that it wanted to nip you.  unless you are clear others will read it how you write it.  As for being a jobsworth, what a quaint old expression, haven't heard that for a long while.

The safest additional security measure is what's called a ghost immobiliser, which cannot be traced through the car's electronics, meaning it is difficult to bypass. They cost a bomb however.
