We've all sorts of threads ranging to the dizzy heights of football and thanks to Daizie, felatio. We haven't, so far, discussed the mysterious matters of Bond, and what it is to be Bond. Apart from the awesome special effects and a full stable awe inspiring skirt, why hasn't there been serious and well presented debate on the matters of Bond.

Favourite title.

Favourite bitch.

Favourite Villain.

Favourite drink.

Best soundtrack for me has to be Tina Turner's Goldeneye.

Originally, yes - but the GnR cover is fantastic.

I'm very much a Bond person, although I though the last one was bloody awful.

Title - the English translation of the Bond family motto (Orbis Non Suficit): The World is Not Enough...

Bitch - Fiona Volpe

Villain - too hard to choose... the cartoon supervillany of the early ones, or Renard the doomed henchman?

Drink - As much as the vintage champers must be a fun tipple, surely it's not a Bond without a vodka martini?

...and I'll add to the categories for consideration

Favourite Vehicle?

Favourite Gadget?

Favourite cheesy line?

The films? Fleming doesn't deserve the films.

"Bond walked with naked feet across the cool Island sand, noting how easily it yielded to the sole of a white foot. The sweet, feral smell of negress sweat was still ripe on the collar of his Savile Row linen shirt. The maid had not submitted easily, used as she was to the bloated tourists and businessmen that usually stayed at the hotel. But she'd never met a white man like Bond before and now she came to him in the night, gibbering in patois in response to his firm corrective touch. "Sorry, dear," Bond had murmured as he snapped her glistening neck... wanketywankcoughsplutterpullpullohIsay..etcetc..."

Sean Connery was, by far, the best Bond. He also had the hairiest chest of all the 007's.

Then, for some reason, this happened.

The mind boggles.

    • If I was on a table of two accused of eating thirty poppadoms (with pickles and chutneys) on top of curries and sides, I think I'd be inclined to say 'Yep, that was us' and ask the waiter to write off the entire bill. That is a truly heroic feat and should be recognised as such, even if you didn't actually do it.

    • Just avoided being overcharged in Superdrug, Peckham. Half price price on the shelves, but not half price at the till. If I'd been buying loads of things I might not have noticed
    • I would question ‘affordable’. Fit For is £115 per month for the standard (cheapest) membership.    for comparison, the leisure centre on CPRoad is £44 per month (£37 for concessions) and JAGs sports club is £60 per month, they also have various concession or family membership offers
