EVEN BIGGER CONTROVERSY. This is quite unbelievable. Long ball over the top - and two French players are offside - but forget that, Thierry Henry juggles the ball CLEARLY with his hand before squaring for William Gallas to bundle in. The Republic of Ireland have been robbed here. Robbed

A handled goal and a deflected goal off the post was all they could manage in 210 minutes of football. Ireland to be fair could have won it in 90 mins with most possession and most chances.

Wonder if UEFA will look at the henry incident. He deserves a suspension but no doubt UEFA will bottle it.

He will have extensive trial by media which will be worse. It will be shown around the world and his reputation will be harmed in the eyes of any fair minded person and this will be his punishment.

He will be a loner and atila will be his only friend. Thats worse than purgatory.

There people go again expecting the French to have some concept of sportsmanship in the first place.

So now what? I was counting on being able to support Ireland next year. Now all I can do is watch South Africa lose in the groups. Then what? Support England? I support England in most sports but the current football team is such a bunch of prima donna, semi-criminal chavs I don?t know if I can bring myself to do it.

    • Electrical work can be dangerous, and hiring an unqualified individual can put you and your family at risk. and negate your insurance. A qualified electrician has the training and experience to safely handle any electrical issues, reducing the likelihood of accidents or injuries. With the exception of simple tasks, it is illegal for anyone other than a licensed electrician to perform electrical work. Hiring a qualified electrician ensures that the work is done in compliance with local laws and building codes. Some electricians are being recommended on EDF but here is no indication that they registered with NICEIC or NAPIT.  One is well advised to steer clear of Check-a-Trade which is a marketing service funded by subscription.
    • Didn’t they have a very ‘unusual’ way of allocating council housing which was also criticised in that report and which hopefully has now been changed
