tallgirl
There is work going on at the old Woolworth's site in Peckham. After the campaigns for H&M, desires for an M&S etc, is it true? Will it be a Poundland to complement Peckham's three other pound shops? Ted Max
Sorry Keef, nothing meant by it I promise. I thought one or the other had featured in previous threads about Rye Lane, that's all. I will delete. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/8586-poundland-in-peckham/#findComment-262184 Share on other sites

Keef
I don't know, maybe I've mentioned my dad somewhere before, although not sure what he'd have to do with Rye Lane...For the record (having read my post), I have met my dad, lots of times in fact. I never met (at least not that I remember) either granddad, although I think I still had one when I was born.Aaaaaaanyway. GregI
Planning permission has been granted to divide the unit into 2. One side is, indeed, a 99p store. woofmarkthedog
The other a "buy 2" store, yes buy 2 items together and pay only 49.5 P each*Now that's commerce.*To qualify for this amazing sale price 2, yes 2 items priced 49.5 pence must be purchased together, have we all ready said that?* Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/8586-poundland-in-peckham/#findComment-262340 Share on other sites
tallgirl
seriously, if one half is 99p Store, what is the other half going to be? This is a shame as a large store would have been better for Rye lane (as long as it wasn't a supermarket) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/8586-poundland-in-peckham/#findComment-262526 Share on other sites
