I’m a comments moderator - until recently for The Guardian where I worked full-time 10-4 each day M-F (with regular flexi-Fridays) plus some occasional weekend mornings 10-12. Now The Observer has separated they told me when they checked I was actually on the Observer staff and I’ve been moved over there and now I mostly moderate comments just on Sundays, though I have I got TUPE for 5 years so I still get paid FT and The Observer does have few stories out during the week to comment on for me to moderate.Â

I was wondering whether to consider going to an employment tribunal about this?
