I heard that too, but then I was told it wasn't the same tune his band were playing.

Don't do anything rash Brendan, suppose you like it, then where will you be?

You'll lose the 'pre' from prejudice and then all you'll have is 'judice', which really ain't worth a damn.

Oh don?t concern yourself Halooch. I?m sure I will like it but I will suppress that like in the practiced way that I suppress my like for things like Neil Diamond and stonewashed denim in order to maintain this air of cool cynicism and shit that I got going on.

    • I have a single glazed bay window in my kitchen. All my other windows (including a separate window in my kitchen)  are double glazed. I had a quote to fit double glazing to the bay. It was extremely high and I wasn't willing to pay such a lot for a room I don't spend a vast amount of time in. Has anybody had secondary glazing fitted to a back bay window, and if so was it successful and did it look ok from the inside? And what sort of price can I expect to pay?
    • ditto - the lack of respect the organisers / council have for the impact on the wildlife and damage to the park is the reason I protest the Gala on its current site. The noise is secondary
    • Not sure about that - I'm personally not too bothered by the noise, despite living possibly the closest to the site. I am bothered by the impact on all the wildlife, as should hopefully everyone with a conscience and who care about their community?
    • Their coffee and food is delicious. Really nicely decorated cafe with a nice vibe and a great selection of books too. The owner and staff are all very friendly and happy to chat when preparing your order.
