I have a particularly bad wine head this morning and am suffering.

Otherwise I try and eat something and drink water.

Down a pint of water to get your fluid levels up. Then a vitamin rich smoothie/fruit drink (large glass of), again downed. Then go for a walk, and try to eat something quite carb filled.

I'm still pretty old school on this one - bacon sandwich with lots of butter and brown sauce, strong tea with lots of milk and sugar, then a long brisk walk.

Alka Seltzer

2 x paracetamol and 2 x ibuprofen, washed down with a pint of water

Bacon sandwich (condiments optional), washed down with full-fat coke or coffee with sugar

Shower

Long walk/plenty of fresh air

Watch something mindless on Netflix

A fry-up washed down with Irn Bru (Lucozade acceptable alternative), followed by lots of rigorous sex to counter all the E numbers...

Bit late now, but a glass of milk when going to bed helps the next morning plus drinking more water with the alcohol to thin it out in your blood

Were you drinking red or white? I used to drink white which often gave me a hangover. Now I drink red and don't seem to get them however much I've had.
