Hello

I can whole heartedly recommend Callum Fergusson 07850 087373 ([email protected]) who serviced our boiler a couple of weeks ago, prompt, reliable and very reasonable. His business is entirely based on recommendations from happy clients so I am glad to spread the word.

Regards

Brigitte

3rd Mark Newlove - he came out to see me today on a Saturday at extremely short notice (he was able to be with me within the hour!). I have a terribly unreliable Halstead Combi boiler and had no heating and hot water. Mark was able to diagnose the problem and fix it whilst explaining the issues along the way. Highly recommend Mark if you have a temperamental boiler! Mark's mobile is 07971 824567. Thx Julia
Mark Newlove gets 5 stars from me. Had some problems with my boiler a couple of weeks ago. Mark came out very quickly at the time he said he would and did a great job. Also gave recommendations and a guide quote should my boiler pack in (getting old now). It was very reasonable (as far as it can be when you're getting a boiler done). I completely forgot I needed a gas safety cert as soon to be renting my house out. I He again came first thing when he said he would and was in and out very quickly. 07971 824567.

Another recommendation for Billy Hunter and his brother Scott at Hunter heating solutions - they moved and replaced our boiler and installed new radiators throughout. They were professional, tidy and totally reliable. Would not hesitate to recommend again.

Hi,

Just want to reiterate this - couldn't recommend Peter Benison highly enough. Great job and superb attention to detail. We seem to be saving a lot on our heating since he installed our new boiler.

    • Ha! After I posted this, I thought of lots more examples. Screwfix and the hardware store? Mrs Robinson and Jumping Bean? Chemists, plant shops, hairdressers...  the list goes on... it's good to have healthy competition  Ooooh! Two cheese shops
    • You've got a point.  Thinking Leyland and Screwfix too but this felt different.
    • Moving into a new place and need both a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, ideally collection Friday. Thanks!
    • Lordship Lane has two dry cleaners, three pizza places and an Italian selling pizza, two burger places, three bakeries, two hardware (ish, I'm thinking AJ Farmer here), God knows how many coffee and charity shops, two Italians, three nail salons, five wine shops... Where was the abject outrage when Dynamic Vines opened up literally next door to Cave de Bruno? But I don't see his customers decamped next door - no, those stalwarts are still out in force every night.  In Roman times all businesses were clustered by product. It's what kept prices down. Same in any market you go to abroad, they're all selling the same things next to each other.  Why is everyone being so hard on this new place? It's called healthy competition - you can't curtail the expansion of your business on the basis you that might hurt someone else's.
