I hear the food at The Palmerston is pretty shite too! Scott, I appreciate the offer, and may take you up on it, although I'll buy a pint back (once I am less skint). I don't really know why you'd want to bother though, your place is always packed with punters, and no one can please everyone! I take my "shite" description back, as it doesn't really say what I mean. I have had some nice times out back drinking in the warm weather, and even one or 2 afternoons inside... There are just other places I personally prefer the "vibe" of. My real thing is that I hate it in The Bishop at the weekends, it is just too busy for my liking, not my kind of group, and I don't like the attitude of your doormen (I have never been removed from the place, this is not a bitter man talking). Like I say though, you do great business, and good luck to you, luckily for both of us, there are enough bars in the area to cater for all tastes.
