I was watching "The story of the guitar" on BBC a couple of weeks ago, and they visited the air guitar champion of somewhere or other. He said you can't hold nothing, you have to hold "an air guitar" to be a success. You are not playing air, you are playing an air guitar! Thought you'd appreciate the tip Brendan.

I was just thinking about starting this, when I saw that Piers had also suggested it, so here we go, a thread full of spoilers and chat about the show and the characters we liked, and what we thought about what happened. DO NOT READ ON IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS!!!! Oh, and you'll probably want to avoid the official website too, I stumbled across a major spoiler the first time I looked at it, and knew what to expect at the end of season 3, which was a real shame!

I have to admit to being surprised, from your speaking voice I would have had you by alto. I used to be a properly trained tenor, but have definitely let it slip and lost a semitone or 2 off of my top end!

Can't remember the artist, but series 1 version for me. With regards spoilers, I think It's about time we could discuss the show properly. We can always put Spoiler Alert at the top of posts, then people can make their minds up whether to read on.

Failed first 2 times, had to really think about it.

I'm loving the cockiness creeping in to the spurs fans. Quite deservedly so, they're flying, and one day they might agree with me that Bent was a good signing who just never really had his chance before, being 4th choice. Good result for them, and I think they can forget relegation fears. Just a shame it was such a bad start, or they could be right up there.

It's not right that I feel this rough, I think I may have damaged myself somewhat! :-S

Well, you may as well hate her now I guess, because something tells me that in 50 - 100 years time she'll be remembered as a great woman, not a figure of hate. Please don't take this as meaning I am a fan, I was too young to really have had a clue back then, but I can't understand the ongoing hatred. Like a load of Ben Eltons bashing on against the teloned one. I agree with you Jeremy that once the tories had dismantled something, it was gone. But I just can't understand people blaming all the ills of today on a government of the past. For the record though, I will never vote tory.

Jeremy is also a ery good drummer if that adds any weight.

Have this row with Mrs Keef quite often, she hates the tories and Thatcher, and basically blames them for all the world's ills (okay slight exaggeration there). I am no fan and don't vote blue (or support any football team in that colour), but it's what, 18 years since Thatcher, and 11 years since the tories, surely there comes a time when someone else has to hold their hands up aswell!

Forgot to say I have Guitar Hero 3 - Legends of Rock with wireless Les Paul controller that I'd also be happy to swap for a while. Oh, and it's Call of Duty 3 that I have.

Alas, the problem with buying through a scheme like this is that your options are limited. Going to get a 3 year deal out the way then we're free to do what we want and I'll be shopping around! On the bright side, the government will own 20% of our place, so if the prices do fall drastically, we can buy it back at the current market value.
