Spaghetti bolognese, with the bolognese bit straight out of a tin, just heated and poured on to the spaghetti. Tinned sardines on toast. Birds trifle mix. Tinned fruit cocktail with tinned cream. Boil in the bag 'cod in parsley sauce'. Cup-a-soup. Sardine and tomato paste sandwiches. Frey Bentos steak and kidney pudding. Jelly with tinned fruit set in to it with 'squirty' cream. Iceland used to do beefburgers with cheese inside them, I still remember how good they were (I suspect they were nowhere near as good as I 'remember'). Sour milk in a glass bottle that genuinely put me off milk for life (OK, not junk food but had to add as the scars are still there).
