Incredible. A Remainer voting for Johnson and his ilk sounds very strange given what you'll be unleashing on the most vulnerable surely.

Dulwich & West Norwood Candidates - Green Party vs Labour
cella replied to pebs's topic in The Lounge
All parties have these issues - the Conservatives have a massive anti Islamic problem in addition. Also other forms of racism - just ask Javid, Warsi etc. -

Hilarious! Do you ever set foot outside of LL? I already know the answer.

Why would you want to unseat two brilliant MPs - Helen Hayes and Harriet Harman? Not sure what 'gravy train" you think they're on. Also not sure your interpretation of what an MP does is correct.

Dulwich & West Norwood Candidates - Green Party vs Labour

You just need to look at what has been spent freely on Brexit Admin and the wild promises from Johnson and compare that with investing in people, jobs, NHS etc, requiring top earners to contribute a bit more, looking at the missing corporation tax payments and bonus culture - it's where most have a vested interest surely? -

Putting FACTs in capitals doesn't help you. You have been challenged many times on your deep seated views. -
New builds in ED (Tribeca + another): thoughts?
cella replied to DulwichLondoner's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
For a while now the scaffolding has returned over the whole of the flats so presumably something needs correcting or maybe not properly finished if the original developers went into receivership. Just looks very shoddy. -
Well if you're even considering voting for Johnson & co and the horrors they will unleash, its only a short step away to giving your vote to the increasingly nasty Lib Dems who, apart from Brexit, are basically Tory lite if you take a look at their past voting record. All parties have major differences within currently but surely at the very least the LP manifesto sets out a path to a brave and fairer future for more than the few? Who, apart from the 1% doesnt want that?

Not necessarily. More about the group who have taken power in her local office who wanted what they saw as a full time presence in the Commons. And mysogony too.

HH putting herself forward for Speaker wasn't supported in the main by Momentum so guessing it was possibly LP MPs abstaining. It's a shame as she would have been effective in that role.

There seems to be a lot of missing votes in the totals - presumably a lot didn't vote on an important issue?

Not sure anyone would misinterpret your comment and you've assumed lovefest in my challenge. Still no evidence.

I try to avoid the very first one outside the ED Tavern as the angle of it means you can't immediately see if cars are coming up on the inside/outside of the one you can see. A few times cyclists and mopeds have carried on despite the car being stopped.

I said previously that you are generally either trolling or intolerant. Definitely the latter now. You can't possibly know any of the facts in this case.
