Me too. The music also seemed to be the original version which took me back to my very early MOTD viewing. I was allowed to stay up late to watch it on a Saturday but only after having gone to bed at the same time as my younger brother and then get up once he had fallen asleep (stuffing pillows under the blankets to make it look like I was still there if he woke up). I've no idea why this was necessary! For older viewers what about that Wolves goal. It reminded me of Ernie Hunt scoring for Coventry against Everton I think. I think it was called the 'donkey kick' which was subsequently outlawed from the game. Was it Willie Carr who set him up? PS Revenge for the stuffed pillows under the blankets did follow when I was found out. I went to bed one night only to see what looked like stuffed pillows under my blankets. Pulling them back I found our beloved flea ridden collie/sheepdog Spot looking at me. I swear he could smile.
  2. Not yet Quids...........but the day will come.
  3. Bottom of the first league table. I like a challenge! Where's Mick Mac?
  4. I like the question and find PR's opening paragraph hit's the nail on the head. I am acutely aware that the past is gone and well the future doesn't really exist as it hasn't happened. The only thing that does exist is the present. The only common feature to my life in the various stages I have gone through is that the ability to take a breath has always been there. My enjoyment of life seems to be veering towards understanding that that simple function is worth more than I have often thought. In and out it goes. When it stops I'll be gone too.
  5. 'Oh. I don't think so, Aisha is pronounced Esher, but it's spelt differently.' Isn't Aisha an Arabic name pronounced like I..E..SHA? My friend was married to a French lady with North African connections and I'm sure that's what her name was and how it was pronounced. There's always Chelsea if you want an area of London for a name. Good enough for the Clintons.

So Quids, if you are complaining about the 'West', what's the Emerald Isle......the Wild West?

I presume they're at the same time Daizie as I'm aware what timewasters men can be for you!

Reversing a trend..........shure you boys had employment there for centuries keeping the local rabble down.
  11. I blew all my WC winnings on the Open golf. I'm never betting on golf again. As for Tevez, I was reading yesterday that he'd fallen out of love with the game after the WC and really is only playing for the money so he can go back home in 2/3 years. That doesn't sound hungry enough to me! Besides he's playing in a side that may not even gel for some time.

  13. Oh, and 999.........you said I could have two.
  14. I'd like to stop the fighting between my pet snake and the mouse I put inside his house every week. There's no need for it. The mouse is already dead.........but does snakey think so? I think not given all the falling over he does when trying to eat it.

    Ask Admin

Admin,in the event of not wanting to see/read a particular person's postings how do you 'arrange' that? I'm sure I read this could be done somewhere. Also, what is a buddy list used for? Thanks.
  16. That is so typical W**f. You start a thread and then bail out when the going gets tough! Are you a little dog that just barks a lot?

    Low-cut tops

Ah so that's why you were washing your hair Katie! The solution is obviously a low cut top as you suggested combined with a very short skirt. Not knowing where to look will make him dizzy, fall over and bang his head.
  18. Huh........I'm entering The EuroW** Flottery. In Nidd indeed. Stuff you.............in case you aren't already!

  20. I might appreciate being out of 'In Nidd' if I knew what is was. When will my next go be then? PS When did you say the numbers had to be 'pure'?
  21. It's later now.............. What exactly is wrong with my -6 and/or Pi? Rules please.
