Brixton.. John Major claimed to be a down to earth ordinary bloke that was brought up and lived in Brixton.. Well there were and still is some very exclusive properties in Parts of Brixton not unlike some of the properties in Grove Park Camberwell. Dulwichfox
  4. This is a CRAZY idea.. Handing over smartphones / SIM cards (which could still contain personal data) to people who could potentially steal your I.D. in an attempt to attain UK residency. Your phone could be protected but your SIM could be used in any other phone if you have not password protected it. Most people don't do that. Passwords.. bank details.. your contacts phone numbers.. emails.. If the Police can retrieve this DATA from seized phones, so can criminals.. DulwichFox
  5. Or Bacon Tomato lettuce.. E.D. alternative to BLT.. Foxy.
  6. Strange that The Worlds Leaders are discussing Climate Change to save the Planet whilst at the same time dropping thousand of tonnes of bombs destroying the Planet. Building nuclear weapons that if ever used would mean not much would be left of the Planet to protect. How dangerous a place it would be if any of them had brains.. DulwichFox
  7. My mum lived in Downham, just past Catford. That come under Kent.. and yet on The A2 its not Kent proper until you get to a mile past what once was the Black Prince. Foxy

We are currently 7th 2 points off of playoffs. 7 points off of Auto promotion with a game in hand. We have lost one game in last 11 games.. I think that is better than many other teams.. Chelsea, Newcastle, Villa. Won't mention Swansea. Foxy...
  10. The Supermarkets don't like bent carrots and the like so wont buy them from the Farmers.. So there are those that fill up a Transit van for ?50.00 ? with wobbly fruit and veg and sell them for 3 times the supermarket price to those who believe they must be organic and taste better and in doing so they are also saving the planet.. Foxy

I wandered into the Station to buy my Season Ticket, Peckham Rye to Blackfriars. I must of entered via one of the side entrances.. Holly Grove or Blenheim Grove.. The Station was deserted and no staff present . I kept shouting out 'HELLO' .. eventually someone popped up from behind a desk or something. Just told me to 'Get out, Get out' I walked out along the central arcade only to be confronted by loads of armed police.. 'Get out, Get out' TSB was under attack by armed robbers and the whole area was cordoned off. Some how I had managed to stroll into the area unnoticed.. Into the station .. and back out.. Could only happen to me.. Yea, thou I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; Thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me. Foxy

On 26 March 1885, the first official cremation in the UK took place in Woking. The deceased was Mrs Jeannette C. Pickersgill, whom The Times described as "a well-known figure in literary and scientific circles". DulwichFox
