What's opening on East Dulwich Road/new restaurant?
DulwichFox replied to beautyscoop's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
noun a sitting room in a private house. a room in a public building for receiving guests. a shop or business providing specified goods or services. Mmmmhmm what kind of services. Surely not in E.D. a room or building equipped for milking cows. adjective denoting a person who professes belief in but does not actively support a specified (especially radical) political view I quite fancy a Curry Parlour.. Not one for Caf? coffee as I live around the corner but have contemplated going into Caffe Nero only to find there are no seats available due to the so called 'Laptop Squatters' DulwichFox -
I'm actually watching it and will not be going out. I liked UDI. They were brilliant. Thought the 11 year old has a great voice and will be a star when she grows up. Not been watching the series though.. Foxy

3 ways to change your MAC Address.. probably out of the scope for most users and not worth the hassle. http://www.wikihow.com/Change-a-Computer's-Mac-Address-in-Windows Easier to just have a second Device. IE Laptop & Ipad / Ipod DulwichFox -

It is up to the person paying for rubbish to be disposed of to check the credentials of the person company they employ to do so. You face a fine if you don't . DulwichFox

Is that what you were thinking of? Not come across that before but a quick google :- http://www.brandrepublic.com/article/12546/opium-poster-banned-record-complaints It was Banned. Protestors denounced the ad as ?porno chic? and degrading to women, road safety campaigners feared that the posters could distract drivers and cause accidents, and councillors and parents complained that the ads were displayed too close to schools. Drivers are more distracted than ever before - and taking your eyes off the road for just 2 seconds increases accident risk 24 times So driving passed a work of art and giving it a 2 second glance.. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-3000917/Drivers-distracted-taking-eyes-road-just-2-seconds-increases-accident-risk-24-times.html

None of us > really know where it all comes from...just take it > as part of the entertainment round here.. I get so much stick when I give examples from Google.Search or Wiki. I left it up to you. You have to read between the lines. Distraction is one of the biggest causes of road traffic accidents. This can be drivers using maps, mobile phones and in the States (USA) road side billboards (advertisements). Also even people engaged in deep conversation. It does not take a lot of working out that ANY roadside advert / unusual art work is liable to cause a certain level of distraction and therefore increases the risk of an accident. DF

It starts with a 'Bee' ?? which most people thought was a 'Fly' And it ends with this.. http://cdn.wonderfulengineering.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/graffiti-wallpaper-18-610x396.jpg Graffiti has become a serious problem in New York, Paris and other Major cities. DulwichFox

It amazes me that in some areas people cannot change their windows or paint their front doors due to preservation restrictions. It is obvious that there are people who simple do not care a toss about preservation and are happy to turn the area into a ghetto. Show some respect for your neighbours. Not everyone wants to live in a slum. DulwichFox
