Whilst on the subject of Racism let us take a look at The Union Jack. Symbol of Empire and Imperialism. Of Oppression and adopted by ultra right wing extreem groups of Racists. It is outdated and has no place in this day and age.. Areas which have been Pedestrianised all have increased Crime.( Lewisham . Bromley ) ( Many Seaside resorts ) Lonely Pedestrianised areas are dangerous for people to walk through at night. Yobbos hanging about causing problems. Drunken brawls in such areas after pub closing time. Not nice for women walking home at night. Or anyone else walking home alone. Much safer when there are cars and buses about where people can see what's going on. Fox.

As far as I can rememeber, the last films I went to the Cinema to see Earthquake. The Dear Hunter. Midnight Express. So 35 Years... Not been a film since worth paying to see.. Fox.

Just think about the Millions of Coronation Souvenirs being made by Small Children in appauling conditions in sweat shops in China and the like. The thousands of miles of Bunting .... Why do you think all the Cinemas have closed.... ??? It is because they were never able to make money... (1960's) They were turned into Bingo halls in the 70's Now many have been turned into Flats... Intresteing that money spent on resufacing North Cross road.. Pavements were done previously there. I saw some guy last week cleaning the gaps in the individual bricks of the pavement on N.C. Road. He had a stick thing with a spike at the end. It's like Russia and China where you only get to see the good bits.. I'ts like the entire budget for SE22 is being spent on North Cross Road... Councilors ?? Any ones ears burning. Fox.

The Trades Unions helped to give workers better conditions and pay so they were able to buy their own homes. Owning your own home does not make you middle class.
