That is very true.. The Police really do not want to get involved with this sort of thing. It is not cost effective. Catching motorists out is much more profitable. It is virtually impossible these days to drive anywhere without committing a motoring offence. Speed cameras...Parking cameras... Box junction cameras.. ANPR.... and if we all stick to 19 mph they will reduce the limit to 15 mph DulwichFox -
Buses no longer collect fares.. Everyone uses Oyster. No need to run extra Buses to get revenue. No conductors so more savings.. Big profits -- Poor service. Big Bonuses for transport bosses. DulwichFox

Kind of proves Foxy was NOT scare mongering and is not losing his Marbles. Just reporting a BBC News Article. Foxy.

(note the question marks. ???) If you have any problems with anything else in my post, contact the BBC. P.S.. I certainly would not accept ?3,000 in 50's from any one. DF

Having been a motorcyclist back in the day and having had a Brand new bike stolen, I know how this feels like. Devastaing. I got my bike back but was damaged. Foxy

I live off of N.C. Rd. so does affect me. But no letter. The Council are hardly likely to send letters out to anyone who might object. DulwichFox

There has just been an article on BBC 1 about ?50.00 notes being phased out. It stated that last year no new ?50.00 notes were printed.. and there is no plan to issue a Polymer note at any time. It also suggested that ?50.00 notes were mainly used in the criminal fraternity and often not accepted in many high street outlets. It also stated that very few ATM's dispensed them.. Strange then that this week the ATM at Barclays Lordship Lane issued me with a ?50.00 note. I took the note into the bank and got it changed up to smaller notes.. The counter staff told me that this was a new thing due to popular demand.. I find this very strange.. DulwichFox

My earliest recollection of drinking Tea was when I was about 3-4 Y.O. I can remember clear as day saying ' Tea and toast Mum ? ' That would be Loose Leaf Tea made in the Pot. .. and if it was winter, Toast made on the fire.. with black bits.. and then sit there watching Bill & Ben, The Wooden Tops, Twizzle, Andy Pandy. I always thought Andy Pandy was a girl.. Foxy.
