I think people who spend too much time correcting others really should get a life, what is the odd typo or two? Now text speak...that is a whole different thing! You forgot to correct Mikecg on his use of to and too...its TOO shizzled, not TO shizzled. Mikecg, I am not the spelling nazi but in light of this thread I thought I would be a pain in the backside and correct that typo!;-)

I take it we have a big Polish community in Dulwich then? I know we did when that Dulwich hotel was still standing but since it was knocked down, I presumed the Polish people moved on also.

What's the best piece of advice you've ever had?

Always wear clean underwear! -
And I thought women fought for rights to be as equal as men?!:)-D I have to say as someone who likes her drink, I would never ever get myself into such a state that I am unable to look after myself in public, common sense says you just do not do that in public, especially if you are going on your own to meet a stranger for a date.

If the shoe was on the other foot and I was confronted by an absolutely drunken male on a first date, I would have done a runner.

I went to budgens, bought some, including dib dabs, don't ask, I have weird cravings and the wham bars have changed, they used to be big pink chewy bars with multi coloured fizzy crystallised sugary bits, these wham bars were thin and didn't have anything on them, sorely disappointed I was :(

Three actually, yours, theirs and the middle/truth. Since people can view one thing in completely different ways.

Don't I get a PM Bob?!

The majority of the business owners in Dulwich are lovely, I have known most of them since childhood and they make my whole shopping experience lovely. You only need to worry if you PERSONALLY are being hassled. I am sure Felicity has managed to get all the info she needs and thus the thread has been useful and helped her to collect her evidences.
-
I'd suggest you keep all evidence of the PMs and texts and go to the police with it. His behaviour is really not acceptable.

That is nice, Quids can dish it out but cannot take it , why does that not surprise me? but then he was bloody rude to me even though I didn't make that comment. Don't worry Sean, everyone knows it is not you, you are too lovely for that!

They didn't scream libel at me because I didn't start this post or encounter the guy with the STD. I said 'exotic' because of all them despite not being white still come from different countries so I can't say Iranian, Indian, etc because I am not sure exactly where they all come from but they are not English. And if I get taken to court and you all start screaming libel at me, bring it on! I have facts and lots of women who have endured it who can clarify it. At the end of the day I did not start this post , I was talking about my experiences in that there are a few businesses I do avoid because of being hassled, that is my way of dealing with it, I just don't go to the places where they are. Full stop.

I am exotic myself! FFS! Well not exotic in that I was not born here, but I am mixed race, I am so sorry that the men who hassled myself and my friends/family are not British born! Seriously, some of you lot are so anal it is unbelievable. I hope you don't encounter being made to feel really cheap and then have people on the forum jump on you for how you feel and for joining in a thread by stating you have encountered a few pervs! As I said I didn't go out with any of them, dated any of them, or start this post, I don't know the person in question who is at the centre of the allegations but I do know a few businesses with staff/owners in Dulwich that hassle women, FACT! I can't change that piece of truth. Edited because I made so many typos.

I know, I enjoy your posts Mikecg! I love the humour on here. (Ignoring Quids because that is what you do to rude people who become insulting and throw hissy fits)

Sadly not, just a pregnant lady buying some goods from the family room and offering some advice on kids since I am a nanny also. Not into candy canes and fluffy kittens, more like kick boxing and and yorkie bars ( they are not for girls!).

I can see BOTH your sides and I am allowed to have an opinion, goodness knows you have one too as do the majority of people in Dulwich!
