  3. im not sayimg anything is wrong or bad as i said good for them i do have queries though - how many schools have participated for instance? and no not all the money goes to mencap as their site advices schools get in return 25% of the donations. again im not saying this is bad. im just intrigued by the whole set up
  4. www.mencap.org.uk/get-involved/take-part-event/schools-and-universities/spellathon would b a more appropriate link good for the school to be participating altho would be interesting to know how many of elfridas parents have donated as the amount is rather impressive given the financial background of many who attend this lewisham school. im not stirring any stereotypical views just saying it how it is thru first hand experience

  9. Agree with the customer service point - BT are not known for their helpfulness. Always make sure you are aware of packages offered and charges involved as BT sales teams often gloss that over or don't seem very proactive in actually offering the best deal for the individual or at least (in my experience) for business clients...
  10. Well done CS for provide constructive comments :-)

Indeed what a load of rubbish - The Mail has nothing to do with expressing ones opinions/thoughts whether you agree with them or not (of course unless referenced to such literature!) Everyone is entitled to do so, again, if you agree with them or not. *shrugs*

Sue if you're going to quote me please do so correctly. By James asking to be copied in would imply his involvement in the application or indeed there is some influence to be had with the decision making, which, James has indicated he has no part of so aside from sheer noseyness why should James be included? No doubt there are will be some that disagree agree with me *shrugs* and waffle on about all the good he's doing... blah blah blah. Yes making us aware is good but not to give a false impression.
