  2. Are you sure you're in ED? Our part of the world is rather tidy...
  3. It really is wise to go through what it not covered thoroughly - and usually in the small print or worded in a clever way that is not perhaps in the customers best interest. That's usually where the price difference can be weighed up.

One assumes the vehicle had its light flashing and perhaps even a siren going? - what were you doing crossing the road in this instance?

  14. There's meant to be a shortage of potatoes this year... lets hope that means less chips too! Gidget get over yourself - if you don't want an answer don't ask a question!
  15. technology has moved on quite considerably where the down time for a fone switch over thingamy should only b a couple of hours altho they do still say it could take up to 24hrs. i have noticed it does also depend where you are when u call them up to do the switch... where the masts r (no doubt there r some thatll disagree to this but its my own experience). u shouldnt b down for too long
  16. How old is the old phone and have you ever upgraded i.e had a new sim?

  19. Today's knocker apparently resembled a 12 yr old claiming to be from ADT... went away rather politely when advised he had two seconds to get off the path before unpleasantries commenced. I say apparently as I didn't see nor answer the knocked door, certainly heard it though! No seriously he was a youngen.
  20. Quite right James much better to have a teeny bit of inconvenience where the traffic was a little more interesting than usual than an explosion.
