What has asking the customer if they want a bag to do with "ageism"? I fail to see the connection. I also fail to see, unless there was some obvious bright colouring, giggles and OTT shyness how one could think the shop assistants were "embarrassed" to be serving someone much older than themselves. IMO Mrs Robinson isn't exactly aimed at the young and trendy really... Find a better example *sighs* I don't think the lack of communication from seller to customer and vice verser is just a local thing happens in many other places too.

Why would they expect you to allow them access to your loft space in this manner? Surely the whole "make an appointment at an appropriate time" should be more fitting?

I don't recall ever specifying only using a word once... wouldn't want to push the inventiveness of the forum too far now after all! ;-)

A word of advice - if you're going to buy through a big shop (PC World) do make sure you are aware of who actually holds the warranty - the shop or the manufacturers. Whilst the shop still have an obligation to deal with any problems within the time outlined in their T&Cs it'll save you a lot of bother especially when the shop will probably try to con you out of money to use their PC assistance thingy :)

Skin Salvation works wonders for Eczema. My 11yr old nephew suffers extremely on his legs and arms and struggles to apply other creams which make him feel even more uncomfortable. Having tried all the usual available solutions to no happy result (it's not pleasant watching a rather large 11yr old well up with tears!) we ended up trying this out some months ago - you can also get a bath oil - made of natural products it calms the skin almost straight away and with prolonged use the affected areas clear up a little. He now applies the cream himself without having to be prompted (as he now doesn't mind the application process as it doesn't hurt) and is more confident in himself and will wear short sleeved Ts without thinking he's an alien. You can get it on prescription - you'll need to push the doctor a fair bit though! Brilliant for psoriasis!

If you are concerned that your email account is sending emails that you did not send check your "sent" folder. If you find emails with them silly links and such there delete them THEN change your password. You should be creative with your password. dont just keep it to letters and numbers, use symbols and upper/lower case too. For example: K/\lam!tYk3l (KamlamityKel) a bit extreme in this instance but I'm sure you get my drift :)

What time are you referring to? As I came up the Lane on my return from everywhere looked rather busy... If one classes customers spilling out onto the road busy of course :)
