The Guptas won't have a business if they don't change things soon. The authorities will bow to public pressure and make that decision for them.

My biggest regret is not being one of the few who steadfastly refused to have a FB account. I can't properly delete the sucker and now my personal details, photos and personal family network are digitally embedded in NSA annals forever. It's the biggest privacy to live away since man began walking the earth.

A token appearance on here getting all customer focussed isn't going to change anything. The underlying way in which this and other local GP's are run is broken. The quality of the people employed is poor, the faceless management are nowhere to be seen. It's profits before people. It's like watching a car crash unfolding.

Thought on bus this morning...who is more important in the history of mankind, Goldman Sachs or lightweight radio rock merchants, The Killers. On this I think the Vampire Squid would have it.

Thought on the bus in this morning: When all's said and done what will be more important in the history of mankind, Goldman Sachs or Otis Redding?

Someone said Kings Arms for Thai....but the problem with that is that on weekdays its rammed and not the sort of place you'd want to eat unless you like bum in your face. Weekends its nice and quiet. A total opposite to the trading pattern at pubs in the burbs. Will skip the tapas because back in SE22/15 we now have about 5 tapas places up and running (its the new pizza) I spent Friday in that new one off Rye Lane... its only a spit from the Refreshment rooms... so my padron pepper quota for 2015 is now complete.

Masters Super Fish here I come....now I remember I think its that place with loads of cabs parked up outside...always a good sign. Thanks people.

Uusally it's the London Bridge station area that an annual "where's good to eat" thread all of it's own. Must be the anonymity, windblown and transient nature of anywhere with 3M people passing through daily. But I'd like any similar suggestions of where's decent (informal is fine) to eat near Waterloo...avoiding south bank and Wahacha I'm pretty much open to anything else.....any ideas?

Where to lodge relatives (from Australia) when they come to stay?

I've got an unoccupied part furnished 2 bed flat free from 23rd April you can have gratis if it's that week.... -
Seabag = Hipster Anyway....I'll see all you out-of-shape middle-aged suburban pub-dads soon. On the basis of Rosie single handedly winning this one I'm off to hang with her dressed up as a dinosaur. And if the rest of you don't like it that's fine, I'll leave you to mumble about the weather and gentrification into your pint of bishops sock.

It's entirely possible to pursue your dreams, be independently creative and self actualise to some extent....whilst looking like a total square. (Not sure a headband would improve my lot tbh)

Top 50 things that men should know (according to William Hill)

I find it quite scary how any people cant tell which way is North and aren't that bothered about it. It would trouble me not to be able to do this. -
Cool story bro. This today for Rosie... http://now-here-this.timeout.com/2015/02/09/google-maps-has-labelled-10-downing-street-as-the-cesspit/

DulwichFox Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Are they turning it back into a Pub. > > DulwichFox Good one. More of this from you please. I've been a few times recently. It has a great location as the pub at the end of a nice woodland walk from East Duwich...shame it's a bit shit. My pal vowed never to return after finding a perfectly crisp maggot in his food (problem solved..they offered him a free dessert). Quite how you can rip any heritage out of a place so clinically leaving it bereft of any character is a seriously impressive Youngs trait. They just end up looking like a 3 star hotel lobby with some token homely blackboards to give a faux local feel. I fear it will be washed in pastel.... and "clockhoused".

Boozy art walk: Vauxhall, Waterloo, Borough

This guy writes well. -
Fact: ask any long serving cabbie who he's had in the back and there's a 90% chance he'll mention Weller.

Don't be a knob. You know full well Loz didn't mean that. Next up...anyone not frothing mad with hysteria whilst looking to add some sensible angles to this discussion...will get called paedophiles themselves.

Won't somebody think of the paintings?

It's not good. But again, the best thing anyone can do is simply leave earlier and avoid peak hours if you can. The trains before 7.30am from ND have been mostly fine this year so far. Even getting one 20 mins earlier than your usual can make your day better. And I avoid LB between 5.30 and 6.45 pm completely now. 5.15pm and 7pm shoulder periods much better also.

Who is the pre-eminent statesman of britrock generation 2. Weller or Gallagher?

This is spot on. Lauren Laverne's voice grates with me for some reason... like she's always got a blocked nose. And she tries a bit too hard at times. Tom Robinson is brilliant. John Cooper Clarke sounds like Saville which puts me off a bit.
