  4. It says it's just closing temporarily for a refurb.

  8. It would be nice if Boris bikes could come to SE London. They cover almost all of Zones 1, 2 and in some cases zone 3, except for SE. Like the tube, cycle superhighways etc. Its' crzy i know, but perhaps we could get some public transport in line with the rest of the Capital.
  9. there is a another playground over the other side of the park which is more appropriate for younger children though.
  10. I can't believe people are suggesting these spaces should be moved further away from the entrance. Why? So that you can be nearer the entrance? Because your need is greater? If it's so easy to walk across a car park with young kids, then you should be able to do it without them.
  11. The moon was red last night. Was that related to the blood moon, or something else?
  12. It is the height of laziness and selfishness to park in a space that is clearly not meant for you, just to be a little nearer the entrance. I mean ffs - how entitled do you have to feel to think the rules shouldn't apply to you.
  13. everywhere is hot at the moment. Far too hot for my liking.
  14. Everybody now...strong and stable, strong and stable.

  16. It was obvious that he wouldn't be polite to his host. He revels in being rude and aggressive. That's exactly why we shouldn't have extended an invite in the first place. He's (predictably) insulted his host and the country. I just hope he won't be invited again.
  17. Thanks for the update BrandNewGuy. It's really dispiriting to see the club treated in this way by the developer. Let's hope it can get resolved as quickly as possible.
  18. What are the chances of DHFC getting back into the Champion Hill ground again, anytime soon?
  19. All the wailing and gnashing of teeth from Brexiters is quiet breathtaking. They won the vote to leave the EU and it looks like that's what's going to happen. Still they're not happy. Are there any circumstances at all under which they would be placated I wonder?
  20. I hop that doesn't sound insensitive btw. I'm really sorry for what happened to your son, its unforgivable.
  21. Is it a good idea for kids to carry around an iPhone? Isn't this partly why school children are targeted in the first place?
  22. This is the East Dulwich Forum, so I'm guessing you'll get more peeps recommending ED. HOP is a good area though and has good transport. Maybe more scope for capital growth (if you're interested in that)? Obviously I'd say Ed is a better area though.
  23. The Tories have been trying to 'contain' their lunatic fringe since before John Major. It can't be sustained much longer, there has to be a split. It's just a case of how long they're going to keep writhing around in agony before the inevitable. I wish someone would speed things along and put them out of their misery.
  24. Nando's / KFC I can see, but McD's can do one.
