  1. Perhaps you're just rusty. If you were like me back in the day you probably put A LOT of hours in to it, which I suspect you don't have the time for these days.
  2. Way off. I think I've been too vague, will offer a clue or two later.
  3. I think it should be looked in to, but if it's proven that there is no link, that should be well advertised. Lots of people still believe that their severely autistic children were "totally fine" before having the MMR Vaccine, and are completely convinced that this caused it. This has been proven to be total bollocks, but that is not a juicy headline, so no one shouted about it and the myth lives on.
  4. No idea. I tried playing on xbox and with touch screen on mobile and found I couldn't pull off the moves. I need to play with an old SNES controller.
  5. I'm not so good at setting them. Okay, I'm a character. I detect, and I model on a very small scale.

I don't disagree with that at all. And with regards SCSB, I just remember you rubbing it in when Rangers fell on hard times, and if I was passionate Rangers I think you'd have made my blood boil a bit. Even though you probably only meant it as a wind up. Anyway, I agree with your general point, football fans react very oddly to football. Just look at Villa West Brom the other night.

I don't not enjoy eating, I like what I like (not all fast food) and I used to enjoy cooking what I like. But could.never be bothered cooking weird and "wonderful" things like 5 chickens inside an ostrich inside an aardvark. What I don't enjoy is eating out. I just sit there itching to leave.

Not on a local Councillor level, that's just ridiculous. But I also wish Harris would piss off having already opened one school recently in the area.

Sorry but I think that's bollocks Mick. For years you've goaded SCSB79 at every opportunity (not saying it's been one way traffic). If you've grown to dislike him for other reasons since then, the roots are football loyalty and if it wasn't for your suppiort of Celtic / Rangers then you probably never would have grown to dislike each other.

  15. Ah, so it's not just a chicken then. When I read about stuff like this I'm glad I'm not a foody person. I just have no interest in food except when You need to eat to keep me going. I used to really enjoy cooking but don't have the time now. And eating out as an experience (food aside) is something I've never enjoyed. And that is a regret, but I'm just a bit weird.

I don't know, I played Zelda 2 (Adventure of Link) a couple of years ago and really enjoyed it. But that's probably and exception. EP how can I have forgotten Metroid? Super Metroid on SNES was amazing, and Metroid Prime also. I had a Turok game in N64, but don't think I got that in to it. Mate of mine LOVED Final Fantasy, but the whole turn taking combat just put me off (see also Dragon Age)

Always so gracious in victory PD. agree that Welbeck had every right to celebrate though.
  22. So, based on a weird thread in the main room, what are your top 5 game franchises? Obviously this will depend on the sort of game you like. Based on not a lot of thought mine are Dizzy games Zelda games Mario GTA Eldar Scrolls

It's also Charter that told everyone that it was in their best interests to support both campaigns, which a lot of people probably fell for.
  24. MM was genuinely a very intelligent and decent poster. Even if we disagreed on a lot of things.
  25. They've won the bid to have a new school. The site is not yet confirmed. And there is still the issue of a potential Harris primary sharing the site. Threads about this in main section and family room.
