  1. Tippee Toes was a God send for my daughters. But it's annoying when loads of mum's just chat through it.
  2. I've gone retro, and am enjoying GTA3 on Android. Have Vice City on ios, but yet to play that. I gave up on GTA4 on xbox pretty quickly because I bought it at the same time as RDR, and the latter wiped the floor with it.
  3. I just think PDC is an idiot, but that's not against the law. I don't think James thinks he's a facist, just a bit of an arsehole. I think David James comes across as an intelligent man. I'd rather hear him talk about things than read bloody Rio's tweets.
  4. What SJ said. Why is Janes a knob?
  5. 3 correct scores out of 4 games. Not a bad start to the weekend!
  6. As long as no one talks to me in the morning, I don't really give a shit what elee they do.
  7. Good work Saints, correct result for me. Need Stoke to equalise for another one...
  8. If you enjoy The Thick Of It, watch Veep!
  9. They are businesses, and they must be doing this for a reason. Either 1. They can get more customers in the door in the evening who prefer a child free environment (doubtful on week nights I imagine). Or 2. The law is forcing their hands.

  12. Fair play chillaxed, I just don't think I could relax and enjoy a pint in that situation. The Great Exhibition seems very popular for families on a Sunday, and all power to them, it's just manic!
  13. You and me both LadyD.
  14. At least they're reporting that Bale's injury may not be as bad as first feared... Scan today.
  15. Yep, agree with everyone else. As an aside, I really for the life of me do not know why in the name of God people actually want to take their kids out for meals in pubs. I am not saying they shouldn't by the way. Me and the wife had a rare couple of hours without the kids last Sunday. We went for a bite on Lordship Lane, then decided to have a quick drink before picking them up. Walked in to The Great Exhibition, and walked straight out again. It was awful!!! Again, I am making no judgement on people taking kids to pubs, I'm just genuinely intrigued as to why the Hell anyone would want to sit in that environment.
  16. Class when boxed like this is irrelevant.
  17. I'm interested to know what they think going to gigs says about you.
  18. Sometimes he is quite funny, and actually says it like it is. But more of the time he's a dick.

    Iain Banks

I've never read anything of his. Must have a go.
  20. We've not watched these yet, but are going to look at Luck - Starring Dustin Hoffman. Mobster getting involved in horse racing. Think it's only had one season so far. Big Love - About a Mormon with 3 wives. Finished now, but I think there were 5 seasons. Veep - Comedy about a vice president's office All HBO.
  21. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/22022259 That should work.
  22. That's the fella.
  23. I remember being very jealous of friends who hand bunk beds when I was a kid!
  24. Why is he such a prick? m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/22022259 Thing is, he's clearly quite intelligent in a way, but such a delusional moron
