  1. I think you missed my point, I wasn't trying to distract, and I'd like you to show where I have bullied anyone. What I was saying (and I thought it was pretty obvious) was that you are like a broken record with the self esteem thing. You're not actually getting to anyone, it's just boring.
  2. I think you've broken one of your funk records UDT.
  3. I'm working. (only because I've spent the last few weeks not really working, and time has run out!)
  4. "To be fair, any thread which starts by describing buying a couple of outfits as "exhausting", was always bound to end in farce. The involvement of UDT has at least made it strangely entertaining." That is what Jeremy said, and I'm sorry GG, but if that was enough to make someone feel bullied and leave, then IMO that is way over sensetive. I do however agree that it's a shame her innocent request for advise was hijacked like it was, but this is a public forum used by a variety of people, and I think perhaps she would have been better of using the faqmily room, 99% of which is used by busy mums who may well have had the answer she was after. Alternatively, a fashion forum or something. As I say, sad that she felt the need to leave, but my sympathy is limited, there are far worse things that can happen than a few people messing about on an internet forum.
  5. Why don't one of you who really cares about this (djsenior I'm looking at you) phone the pub, or go in there, and just ask exactly what the current state of play is regarding the application. I am sure the nice people working in there, who are not your enemy, they don't own the place, will happily tell you what they know.

The best thing about it is that Downing is out of the team! I am liking the look of Liverpool's developing team, but Borini is looking pretty rubbish.
  7. Lets hope so for their sake! With Sam's huge ego it would be funny to see him sacked. Not sure how WH fans would feel, but imagine they'd be pleased to have Harry back so long as he wasn't taking the piss with his wage demands.

I suspect the council are not paying much overtime at the moment.
  9. Really? I thought Liverpool were definitely the better side over the 90. Not saying they are a better side, but wasn't impressed with City. We handed them a draw.
  10. I think MsB took way too much offence by sugesting she was being bullied by Jeremy. Very sad that she has felt the need to deactivate her account, but a bit over sensetive.
  11. To be fair, the council workers are at work then too.
  12. Indeed there are some lovely houses in Camberwell, but if we are being specific about Denmark Hill, I look at that as a pretty small area.
  13. Red Devil "Liverpool 2 Man City 2" Did you pay off Liverpool's defence or something? Gutted.
  14. ? Can't open the forum at all.
  15. Denmark hill has a Wetherspoons, an okay railway pub, a train station, a hospital, and a mental hospital. That is all. Oh, and a big scary tower with a cross.

  17. I suspect you're being slightly optimistic about Liverpool holding City...

    New Band

I always imagined UDT working in PR, he just has the personality for it.
  19. 50 against, 2 for. The reason for this is that people who are for something, or who don't care, don't bother writing to the council. Only people that have objections to things tend to shout about them.

It's not a bad idea, it's a fecking awful idea!

    EDF Trolls

That nostril is quite distracting, I must say.
  22. I think some middle ground is seriously required here. Is it noisy all week? No Can it be well OTT and perhaps need management to have a word with their customers at times? Yes Less drama and you might all be happy.
  23. I think of commercial as anything that gets regular airtime on popular radio. Anyway, as long as there are face melting guitar solos the world will be okay.
  24. "Good like you said but it wouldn't get into my music collection" Mine neither to be honest, but I was well impressed with her playing.
  25. Well said KK. UDT, Jeff Becks choice of under arm deoderant aside, did you rate young Tal Wilkenfield's bass playing?
