when it works it works fine but I find the customer services at EE totally appalling (and you will be waiting a long time on the phone and the hold music is astonishingly LOUD) Moving broadband accounts is a hassle and it's working fine so I'm not moving, but I couldn't really recommend anyone move specifically to them
