  1. Possibly, but it also gives countries like Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland a chance to play in a major tournament. Although there will be more games I think it will be more of selective viewing for the fans.
  2. Neither AM, next silly question please?
  3. Yes Otta you did. I was simply making a point that Theo got the highest score.
  4. Sweden were pulling th strings in midfield but overall England were the better team. Yes lucky as England lost their way in the second half but Theo made the difference.

Gerrard & Welbeck received the same score of 8. I'd like to see Ox and Walcott start the next game as I think Ukraine look weak in the full back areas. Definitely put Carroll back on the bench and decide whether to play Welbeck or Young with Rooney.
  6. Carroll could have scored more if he was given more crosses. Watching the exchange between Carroll and Young wasn't a very good sign. Young has the quality to supply crosses but seemed reluctant to do so and seemed to choose the wrong option each time. I thought Gerrard had a mixed game. No surprise about Guy Mobray selecting a big name. It's often the case when journalists or commentators panders to non-footballing experts.
  7. The two goals were down to poor marking. Shocking really at that level. Jah knows his football and so do I. No surprise in our agreement. Anyway, I thought he was your drinking buddy, Otta. Johnson caught my eye and he didn't put a foot wrong throughout the game. Walcott was the inspired substitute who saved England's embarrassment.
  8. Great game. The Ox was in a better place to score when Gerrard messed up the chance instead. Johnson had a great game but was very disappointed with Ashley Young.
  9. I think if you pissed Hugo off then you get an honorary mention on his thread.
  10. She hasn't made any constructive comments with regards to web neutrality. And judging by her appearance on the Ryan Cleary thread, it makes it clear she's looking for an argument.
  11. No, but my family have South American roots hence my silky skills on the pitch!
  12. What?

  14. Absolutely Bob, just being factual. It seems she is just looking for an argument.
  15. Interesting video, how an American teaches us how to play the beautiful game.
  16. What do you mean logical as ever. You can't read you daft cow. It says "please leave out the personal insulting comments people." I can't comment about the complaints because I don't know what was said or who made them. Anyway, all that happened a year ago. It seems you're carrying over your M&S nonsense to the wrong thread, Gedwina.
  17. "Have a great day - and keep sending secret messages to each other abusing me and claiming you're 'winning', it's really grown up. ;-) " My last PM was on 22 May so I can confirm that I did not either receive or send a pm about you. "Doesn't it ever occur to you in your selfish little universe that you only have the facility to hack your way around the web because of the hard work of the people you so malign?" First of all, I've never illegally downloaded or hacked websites so please end your lies. Secondly, I've chosen to buy or use services from responsible corporate companies. So your remarks is just another example of they type of rubbish you write. It is no secret that the motive to end net neutrality is greed.

I've already mentioned, earlier in the thread, about using Young to supply crosses to Carroll. Keep up please!
  19. Ahem, he needs to get the cross first before he can score, El Pibe. That is how the game works.
  20. By all means forward this secret message to my messaging account.
  21. Carroll's effectiveness will depends on whether he's given high quality crosses to exploit the Swede's defensive weakness in the air.
  22. The scoreline flattered the Irish.
  23. It's telling when Hugo has lost the argument. He resorts to insults, accuse others of lying, and bizarrely comes up with this weird matter of secret messages. What a tw@t.
  24. Did anyone spotted Heber Road in one of the letters shown in last night programme?
  25. I was being serious!
