  4. Apparently not too far away in SE23.
  5. I was impress with Deptford High Street when I was there a few weeks ago. They have about four excellent Oriental grocery shops and some art venues. I also liked their train carriage conversion to a cafe.
  6. The Irish were pretty poor and I can't see them progressing. I suspect Italy and Spain will aim to improve their goal difference when playing against them though.
  7. This is a duplicated thread. See here.
  8. Huguenot Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > What was the lesson? A football lesson is a common term used in football when a team gets well beaten. It seems there is no end to you talking nonsense as demonstrated in the Pirate Bay thread. You've no idea about football but yet you felt the need to give your own version of what footballing lesson means. This is *Bob* like behaviour. ;-)
  9. Pot calling the kettle black

I've been reading 'net neutral' articles over a number of years. Not sure why you think I'm being briefed by colleagues. After all, I was the first person on this thread to mention 'net neutrality'. Just because I don't agree with your distorted view net neutrality that doesn't mean I don't understand the issues. All what you're doing is standing on a soap box shouting all kinds of insults and garbage in the hope of justifying greed to the don't know any betters. I don't think you know when to quit. It's a bit like watching the bankers letting go of their bonuses. Greed, greed, greed.
  11. I detected a sense of arrogance behind the "progressive planning policies". The locals were not consulted over the proposals. The Chair of Lewisham planning committee, Nicholas Taylor, expressed his amazement to why locals refused to move to tower blocks. Even call them ungrateful. The government often talks about breakdown in familiy values but their policies often plays a pivotel role. Free market, anyone?

Content is king as they say. An ISP is dead in the water unless they have access to content. So without net neutrality, these companies are only going to get stronger as they agree contracts involving unfair practices to their competitors. I don't believe you thought this through, bollox brain.

  15. Jason, this is a duplicated thread. See here.
  16. Great programme. It goes to show how overdevelopment causes destruction to community, local economy and history. Jeremy take note.
  17. Proper footballing lesson here:

  19. Absolutely, in fact SAF backed Rio for Euro 2012 last month.
  20. I assume you've not read this: http://foodsthatkill.wordpress.com/tag/marks-and-spencer-sandwich/ or ths http://www.belfasttelegraph.co.uk/lifestyle/food-and-drink/mamps-sandwiches-have-more-fat-than-big-mac-and-chips-13921263.html
  21. Iceland is now in a far better position to negotiate a new lease after a managagement buyout completed back in mid February and its own future secured. Everyone, whatever their income group is, has a right to use their local high street. @jumpingbean I like to see a Waitrose store in SE London at some point.
  22. Huguenot Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Absolutely - and you wouldn't see me complaining > about a loss of freedom if the opportunity was > shut down. > That isn't loss of freedom, it's copyright infringement, and you know it too, Hugo.
  23. I know, uncommon territory in supporting a good cause, Loz. ;-)
