The Conway AECOM letter of 28 October says: "The duration of the works specified above is only indicative" This paragraph then goes on to explain "their" policy on road markings with detail about "H-bar" policy. The Conway contract manager for these works is Taran Omer whose direct line is quoted as 0330-337 1001. John K
