There isn't a specific thread on May but she's taken plenty of flak in this thread, quite rightly so...

I've thought that all along, winning this election is a poisoned chalice because of Brexit, whoever wins is going to have to deal with the economic equivalent of a bag of shite. Better the Tories screw up, at least that way a new moderate Labour leader, or if it's still run by the Momentum loons, a new progressive centrist party, has a good chance of winning the next GE, maybe even with a view to rejoining the EU. With Macron at the helm in France the EU might, just might, undergo necessary reforms. As for this GE, not sure what it equates to in seats, but I think the Tories will win by about 12%, perhaps as high as 15%. Get ready to batten down the hatches...

Bookmakers don't solely predict as such, their odds are also a reflection of what's already been bet, so for instance if a series of large bets were placed on a Labour win today, the odds would immediately be shortened to limit their pay out on a Labour win...

If a pub puts a biased political slogan (I'm not even sure they are that common anyway, I've never seen one) then surely they are pandering to their clientele for that area. I'm also sure if you lived in a pro-Brexit area there are similar things going on aimed at pandering to Brexit voters. You need to got out of your metropolitan elite bubble Lou...

I see the Maybot stuck to her robotic script last night about there being no magic money tree when a nurse queried about pay rises, yet there's a magic money tree when it comes to MP's salary increases and expenses. Now if only we had a magic money bus to give the NHS ?350m a week...
  23. The UEFA Champions League final between Real Madrid and Juventus will be made available for anyone to live stream for free on BTSport.com and the BT Sport app or watch on TV with BT Sport Showcase (Freeview channel 115). Looking forward to this, should be a really fascinating game of two contrasting styles. Everyone knows how well Juve are organised defensively, but they look good going forward too. Dybala is a clever striker and I fancy him to nick the winner..

The Tories might do better if they left Corbybabes (aka Kindly Cuddly Uncle Jezza) alone and instead concentrated on the madness that is Abbott and McDonnell as potential Home Secretary and Chancellor of the Exchequer...Arrrggghhhh! *Runs to the nearest estate agent...*
