Can you have both though Annabel? Wouldn?t a lot of people just use Waitrose for meat, fish, cheese, veg, wine etc rather than the local businesses?

Maybe, instead, they should put cameras on all the planes flying over ED? That's the kind of joined up thinking you just don't get from the government...
  5. +1 Somewhere near would be good. Would one in Herne Hill or West Dulwich hurt LL business that much?. Would be nice to get a decent steak and veg on the way home from work. 7. Susierose, yep to all of the above! It's a persistent bugger, but after two weeks I feel like I?m over the worst. I do go into work though, I?m no Martyr. The chances of avoiding the numerous bugs and viruses going around are next to nothing especially in London where most of use public transport, whether that be through airborne germs on the crammed train or on surfaces such as the escalator. Chuck in that a lot of these things are at their most contagious in the first few days before you have even noticed the symptoms unless you live in an oxygen tent, get chauffeured to work, wear a face mask all day and don?t touch anything you are going to get ill. My way is to eat healthily, exercise and to get out of bed and get on with things. Oh, and plenty of paracetamol!
  8. Well said Loz. It?s also worth remembering that some people have the time to consider and research before posting... others don?t.
  9. H, why not just get some of these? 10. We were mising a large brown bin at first so ordered one. Two weeks later it was gone. This week it's back. Can't be bothered to think or worry about why!
  11. I think what you mean ultrauk is. "Forget not website genuine Customs pay price UK! parcel may it arrives cheap may after all work out! Thanks!!"
  12. Or to give it a more positive spin, If you haven?t been burgled yet there?s less chance you will in future (if you know what I mean) James' stats were clearly overly simplistic but meant for a bit of perspective. 20. Thanks Pickle. Had a look at the website but it doesn't describe the kind of stuff you do (unless i missed it). The name puts me off a bit , the idea of some jarhead wanna be shouting at me in his cammo gear doesn't appeal! I started a bootcamp a few years ago when I lived in Nottingham with a friend. Our idea was kettlebell based outdoor training, we would ahve just done it ourselves but it becme popular and now my mate (who is a PT) runs three a week. I don?t need someone telling me I?m maggot to get me going, but do like to train with like minded people who want to challenge themselves. Since moving here I?ve been going to the one at Dulwich College on a Saturday morning (run by www.bodyfittrainingsolutions.com) which is great but would like to occasionally add a second one in the week, particularly if it was a bit more hard-core (and it would need to be something special to justify the price!)
