When I had employment which re-imbursed expenses I had to account for every penny before repayment was made. How can they justify 'flipping' homes to maximize expenses on the most costly of their abodes? Has any forumista found a job with such lavish expenses? They are allowed to claim under ?250 without question and amazingly there are soooo many claims of ?249, it's purely coincidental obviously.

Not only at bus stops, but also at supermarket check-outs, payment for their goods seem to take them by surprise:-$

I had a lot of mosquitos (gnats we called them) flying up and down in a column, every time I opened the door or window they invaded the place and I suffered bites. I then discovered an old spray can of 'Raid' and gave the column a blast came in and closed the door before the house stank. The next night another column appeared although now depleted, another quick blast from the can and now they are all gone, so now I can open the door or window without the risk of being chewed on, Hooray!

The silver lining to this swining flu for me is, one hospital has just ordered about a years supply of ventilator tubing and filters from me as they are resurrecting some stored ventilators for this flu, so things aren't all bad. Hope I get a few more before it all ends!:)

I think it is healthy that people are reporting the crimes perpetrated against them, and seemingly being encouraged by reading about others on the forum. GOOD FOR ED FORUM & GOOD FOR THEM!

I would dissuade the Jays Louisiana in favour of your coal tits, the Jay's (and Magpies) eat small birds, and rob their nests.

Pubs would be more profitable if they were ran on the lines of a restaurant which also serves coffee for the ladies of leisure and beer to those who want beer. Alcohol is no longer drunk in the same quatities and people don't go out to drink, they do go out to eat so the food is primary and the booze is a by product. Sensible pubs would be best run by a chef, rather than a publican.
