  1. I believe I've found Huge on Facefuck...not in a BBW type stalk.... just by mutual friends, but hope to see the fella for a beer in the flesh one day if he ever visits old haunts.
  2. Have a great day Mucky *fails to bite tongue* bloody cockneys supporting Man U ;-)
  3. ...and it will 'accidentally burn down' :)-D
  4. Tracey Emin was a soulgirl
  5. Both tubedrivers I know own their own homes, and are pretty middleclass in their aspirations and ideals, if not their accents, they are certainly not fighting any class war they're not that keen on Bob Crowe...but they are both West Ham ;-) DC it's not the 1900s or even the 1920s...the General Strike didn't even hold then when people were REALLY poor. Unions speak in tones from those period whilst largely acting in self interest - maybe that's fair enough but to keep playing on their justified origins BUT acting like they are fighting some class war when most of their members are pretty comfortable white collar public sector workers or pretty well paid 'trad' workers is not convincing the rest of us very much.... comrades.
  6. 5 hours of home working left, then a week in Norfolk from tomorrow :)-D
  7. I went down in 1980 for a soul alldayer and we had a massive fight with a load of skinheads....those were the good old bankholidays ;-)

And none by the 'will of the people' - infact all by war/conquest/Dodgy alliances I share your dream, all of you I'm not actually stupid enough not to see how great it 'would be'.... but am capable of seeing that it is that, just a dream. Theory and practice are miles apart. It is just airy fairy idealism. Seriously admit that and move on to something practical.....
  9. 1/10, must try harder graywallpaper
  10. It's not a gang, it's a clique....and it's largely an ex-clique as only the cliques rump remain ;-)
  11. it's getting worse. He looks near to tears to be honest. Horrible.
  12. Nice one. My EW on Oscar Time just covered my golf bets :-S
  13. Oh dear. Sadly not this one methinks. He'll win one one day but has clearly got to him.
  14. eg Tesco & Asda on the old Old Kent Road...Lidl Peckham, ASDA Waterlooville just a few others that I know...it's not some yummy mummy SE22 conspiracy you know it's the norm!

Yet somehow in east > dulwich.....Get some perspective. P & C street > parking next ? Do you just make stuff up??? erm,, I think you'll find that almost any supermarket in the country has P&C parking...a mixture of mainly knowing where their bread's buttered but perhaps a recognition that lumping young kids and babies out of cars is made a little bit easier with a bit more width and one that most people - including the majority of childless people don't seem to begrudge that much.
  16. There's no congestion charge at the weekend. Coming in, especially at the weekend, stay on the A40 all the way down the Marylebone and Euston Roads to Kings X then do a right by Kings X Thameslink down the A201 down past Clkerkenwell, Smithfield, Ludgate Circus, Blackfriars Bridge (all the same straight road)all the way to Elephant then take your pick. No, or next to no, traffic in the City on a weekend. Easily the quickest off the routes although Trizza's looks better than Hugggers' which is quite frankly mad at a weekend!
  17. and as a statement as about as practical and meaningful as 'cure all illness and eradicate global poverty' however 'nice' it sounds, worthy of a Miss World candidate Huge. Constantine said something sort of similar back in the 300s, Trotky 100 years ago etc etc
  18. ????

    The Euro

Anyway, one day, we may get The Federation a la Star Trek, given that notherners still moan about 'London' taking/wasting etc all the time then imagine what the good Burgers of Lisbon and Dublin will have to say about Frankfurt in the coming years. Reality and idealism Huge...you know I'm with you on romantic idealism, but then I step into the real world.

Incidentally, I get paid in Euros so this isn't personally great for me before accusations of Crowing start ;-)

  24. When you said "nights off" did you mean "tights off" Ted? This clarification is quite important before I can answer honestly.
