I remember I aws in the Southbank at West Ham that day (we were playing Southampton)...to be honest everyone just presumed it was a bit of normal crowd trouble, we didn't really get the full horror until afrwards. Awful. I think that finally made everyone realise that holiganism was pathetic - not becuase there was any hooligansm that day, there wasn't, but it was the reason that the fences were there. RIP etc

I reckon I get my value off the website alone....however, I think (and know by experience) it's bloated, horrendoulsy inefficiently run and pretty poorly managed, so pretty typical for the public sector
