Yeah, I think they always look for the right mix of personalities. If you come across as a complete arsehole, your chances of being selected are probably pretty good.

All trains delayed by an unspecified amount. When a train came, it was too crowded to get on. Decided to work from home this morning, will try again in a few hours.
