I know - it's happened to me before and it is a total pain. I'm not meaning to sound flippant when I tell you to move, it's just that i can remember dreading coming home, yet another night of broken sleep and trouble, and in the end it just wasn't worth it. Life's too short. They aren't going to change, so rack it up to a character building experience and move on!

I'd second that. Prices have dropped round here, but the result has been very little is being put on the market in the first place. No one wants to take a lower price unless they have to so no one is moving unless they have to. Which means that when something nice does come on the market, everyone wants to buy it! I've noticed this happening in a number of "des res" areas in London (anecdotal evidence of various friends trying to buy, that is).

If you're renting, and is isn't too much of a pain, then move. In my experience that will be quicker than waiting for them to behave!

Try Sunshine House run by Southwark Council (you can google them). They certainly assess some developmental issues, so they may be able to help. I think that you need a referral from a GP, though that shouldn't be an issue.

Good lord. I leave you alone for 5 minutes and look what happens. First, I was referring to Legaleagleish being single sexy and generous, not LM, though she no doubt has two of those three attributes. For the record, I don't want to run off with either of them. Yet. Secondly, my sulk was with Karter for suggesting she (LE) was nicer than me (the fact that she is is just no excuse). Thirdly, MP, LM has shown that you lie. You do not just offer curry.
