  1. Yep, I don?t need ?data? to recognise traffic increase in my road due to LTN spillage. Now a more dangerous road with frantic drivers and speeders noticeably worse than before. Don?t need to look at no binomial distribution.
  2. What do the signs say regarding dogs within the fenced areas of the park and near the lake ?
  3. I read it as he now uses Just Eat service which is a lot better. But I?m not talking for Ken, just pointing out what I thought was a misinterpretation. 😋
  4. Yeah that?s it - used to play pool there. A bit ?rough around the edges? in there.

    Rwanda

If we?re deporting immigrants to Rwanda, I can understand why polls show immigration 11th in the list of concerns.
  6. Not sure Ken was saying that Sparts..!
  7. ?The part of the woods affected by the closure is on the right as you come into the woods from the Wood House direction.? Isn?t it on the right as you LEAVE the woods from the WH direction ? (Or, on the left as you come into the woods from Cox?s Walk). Unless they?ve moved the footbridge !! 🤣🤣🤔
  8. Sparts, you need to get out more mate !!

Johnson isn't going to admit anything, any measures against him will be based on the efforts of others to evidence his misdemeanours. He's doing what Trump does - exposing the vulnerability to abuse in our 'constitutional' system and challenging that system to hold him to account.

  11. Ha ha repeatedly assured there were no parties, even though he actually attended parties. Wanna see how he makes that stand up - but he?ll try and they?ll probably swallow it.
  12. We have Lebanese up at the Plough end of LL - Hanush.
  13. Was on court Lane the other evening on the way to/from Dulwich Park, there were literally no moving cars on the road at all which for such a massive road is just sick, when other roads are struggling with the overload (and others that were previously quieter are now suffering increased and speeding traffic).

  15. Would be interesting to see how many of the so-called ?Patriots? who voted Brexit could pass the British citizenship test!
  16. Wot Sue said. + XR aren?t going to change anything, but as we burn/drown/starve/fight wars over diminished dry land or resources, those protestors will at least know THEY fought tooth and nail to force change, after their predecessors exhausted all reasonable and legal approaches to getting focus and change on these matters. The ?ooh, but they?re inconveniencing people? chant is a narrow view which does not appreciate efforts already undergone (and the brick wall they?ve been met with). Our whole model is bent and they?re doing their bit to try and fix it before it?s too late. Our Govts should be fighting this fight on behalf of all people.
  17. Not only that, when you contact the council regarding your front wall leaning when it?s 4ft from a tree / the pavement is bulging upwards all around the tree / the kerbstones are pushed up out of alignment - they deny it?s the tree and ask for proof. You have to demolish your wall / dig out the footings / take pictures / get a surveyor to confirm. Then you get challenged, all when there?s a huge tree pushing up the fabric all around it when no other part of the pavement, walls, front gardens are affected alongside and down the street. Yeah - green London, how cool !! Why fell trees just because of insurance claims, just let the homeowner get in debt for 10s of ?1000s to shore up and underpin his house (or have a house he?s paying a mortgage on but can?t sell-on), right ? The trees are so pretty and green it?d be a shame to remove them !
  18. I?d it the tall skinny white guy with very short/cropped grey hair (usually wears black) ?
  19. Would be nice to keep all trees on residential streets. Would be nice for trees on residential streets not to undermine front garden walls and front elevations of house. Would be nice for council to plant trees that don?t interfere with existing structures.
  20. More tools than my shed in this Govt.
  21. There?s a house on the South side of Whateley Rd (where the pavement is pretty narrow) where the hedge extends out past their front boundary taking up more than half the pavement. It?s selfish in that instance and I wonder what the house owner responsible actually thinks when they enter and exit their property, past their bulging hedge.
  22. Someone?s got pissed off with the overhanging shrubbery and dealt with it ? I think council would let you know they?re trashing your stuff.

  24. IS there a party / individual standing on a ban LTNs ticket ?
  25. I don't think there's a guarantee of movement (the structure/fabric of the pre-existing building being made to move by the addition of a side return extension). There may well be settling cracks from new works done, but that happens on any floor where structural works undertaken, and is more likely to occur in the new area to be built, rather than untouched adjacent pre-existing building.
