Dog Fouler on Lordship Lane - noon 23/10/19
KidKruger replied to KidKruger's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
I can understand some peoples concerns about posting photos on a public forum, but the behaviour has to stop and short of putting somebody in the stocks and throwing rotten fruit at them it isn?t going to be fixed. If admin think there is a case for taking the photos down, fine that?s up to them. But if I see this again I will do exactly the same. It is not okay. I?ve approached people before having seen their dogs foul public spaces, and they just get defensive, aggressive, and come out with some shit excuse (pun intended). Too many people in this neighbourhood are fouling the streets and parks and those I see I will publicise if I can. -

?Have I been watching me everyday for years then?? Interesting...? I haven?t. But I?m not the only person reading this forum and recognising you from photos. -

?kid krugger As you have exposed my picture which has distress me and without any proof of wrong doing just a allegation, I will seek advice for harresment and wrong doing on your part. you will be hearing from me soon? This is bullshit. The person in the photograph, I saw her dog shit against the tree outside the card shop while she waited for it to finish then she crossed Lordship Lane to the health shop then walked along to the betting shop which is around the time that I photographed her, at this time she stuck her head in the door of the betting shop. I don?t need any proof because I saw her dog shit on the street and this is not a court. After taking her photograph I went back and picked up her dog?s shit and put it in the bin for her. What I?d appreciate at this time is a THANK YOU, not a challenge, because I was there CLEANING UP AFTER HER. Feel free to try and find evidence of a history of my telling lies previously. Of course I considered carefully my OP, and I?m 100% confidence in the accuracy of what I posted. The appropriate response here is not to question my character, but to hold your hand up and admit irresponsible anti-social behaviour, apologise, then confirm you will stop it. It?s simply not OK to line the high st in dogshit, stop trying to distract. Jeeez, I?m not even going to charge for the doggy bag ! It happened. You did it. You know you did it. I know you did it. Stop lying. And sort your behaviour out. (If you are the person in the photo). -
P13 buses today I?m not going down Whateley Rd. Willie Road is closed at the junction with Crystal Palace Road, blocking the usual route. I think the service is still running but it is going to avoid that area.

Two Suspicious Men Knocking at my Door
KidKruger replied to Tractorlad's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Just make sure you?re insured for loss of possessions. These guys don?t case without purpose. -
This morning in Whateley Rd there was a large delivery for a building site, which took 25mins (that I know of, I left P13 to walk to LL for an alt bus). P13s were stopped (and stacking-up) in both directions. The builder lorry guy was asking the buses to squeeze through the available gap, but they were not having it - probably the gap was not convincing or the bus drivers have instructions. So sometimes the delay is not the operators? fault, is my point.

If they do Penguin they may politely PM you to correct your spelling !

Get another large plant in another large pot, put it in your front garden with a tracking device in the bottom of the soil, set-up a hidden camera and see what happens overnight.

that stretch, between the roundabout and the traffic lights at the end of CP Road is a dangerous rat-run. Cars regularly exceed 40 (and sometimes 50) mph there in each direction. un-policed/un-enforced, so free reign for dangerous drivers.

KidKruger replied to Metallic's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Why don?t they just demolish the footbridge ? -

Surely it?s personal for everybody who?s walked it into their house or had to scrape it off their child ! -

What IS against the law - and socially uncool - is having yer dog shite on the MAIN SHOPPING STREET in the town. And other streets locally. Every day. For years. -
If that was the case he wouldn?t be saying here ?taken in? a parcel for the OP. Get in and haul it out with a friend is probably the best bet.

Apologise profusely to your neighbours.

Yeah they?ll be rebranded and muddied with the other 737 versions, one of which I flew on a few weeks ago (safe in the knowledge - then - that Maxes weren?t flying).

If you mean why didn?t I call after her when she walked away across the road, dunno, probably gobsmacked at what I saw in daylight I guess. I?ll try and do more next time, promise ! -

KidKruger replied to KidKruger's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
It would be great if that was the case, wouldn?t it. However as I walked past the lady with my dog and waved doggy bags to make it clear I had some available she didn?t seem interested enough to subscribe. I know, perhaps she was shortsighted and/or doesn?t like talking to strangers ?! -
Delightful lady had her dog shit against the tree outside the greeting card shop, then crossed Lordship Lane over to the health shop before walking up to the betting shop for (presumably) her partner. If you know the lady please tell her I picked up her dogs poo for her and put it in the bin. Perhaps also tell her that doggy bags are really really cheap, in fact she could probably get them free from the council, should she ever be minded to actually pick up after her dog has fouled on the main pavement in East Dulwich. Just get some treatment materials and paint/spray it yourself. That?s all the ?experts? do.

Sainsburys ban on selling fireworks?

I doubt very much Sainsburys will put reducing pollution in front of profit. -
What's on your wall, East Dulwich? Paintings? Prints? Photos? Nothing?
KidKruger replied to TwinkleToes's topic in The Lounge
I?d have thought most people that put art on their walls will buy it having seen it (and liked it) rather than deciding in advance on a 40? x 32? abstract expressionist unmounted canvas in vermillion hues with hookers green and light grey highlights. ie. I don?t think people decide on landscapes necessarily before they buy them. I?d expect people see something that resonates for them, so they buy it for that reason. I think the best you?re going to get is making assumptions based on demographic. -
Car been moved/stolen - FOUND
KidKruger replied to DulwichMassive's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Glad you found it ! I?m incredulous that someone?s car can just be moved with no indication of where and the hassles that could cause. Can?t either Southwark or Conway confirm which agency / company was responsible for car removals ? If they can?t, then they?re not in control and this will happen again ! -
Indoor market on Rye Lane Peckham. Go in with your measurements, she?ll make them up from your choice of nets (she has a few). May not be immediate but go get a coffee.
