Fact is, you don't need toilet roll to clean your ass. You can use your hand and water, then wash your hands in soap/detergent. Many would argue it is cleaner by hand. ie. Thailand hasn't had a mass problem with toilet roll supplies, because mainly they don't use it ! So, stretch your capabilities a bit and free yourself from toilet roll dependency - it is not essential, just a 'nice to have'.
