Malumbu - What makes you say there was a brothel over the road from the Crystal Palace Tavern!?

Moving out of East Dulwich to release capital - but where to??

Anyone know owt about West Wickham ? Considering that.. -
Yeah weak customer service there, but at least they don?t pretend to give a shit. I think they own the building (so possibly not a rent issue), I think the owner Patel fitted-out some flats upstairs a coupla years ago.
-
They sell junk at many times shop cost and feed you a fairy story to make it easier to swallow. Glad you weren?t intimidated by the guy, like a lot of people have been previously.

Yeah I think there?s machines that dispense cash, print statements, process cheque deposits and take cash.

I feel for you, but there?s literally nowhere where residents nearby will welcome such a facility with open arms. It (they) has to be located somewhere. What area we hold you consider the ?right area? ? Is there going to be a consultation with locals where your concerns can be properly heard ? If not perhaps organise one. I?m surprised it?s on a retail high st though, I?d expect rents to be high there.

Yeah same here - 3-storey Victorian house, not much foundation to speak of.

Aggressive man - Peckham rye park
KidKruger replied to contented sow's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Fair enough FB ! And yes, the culprit needs to watch out because someone will turn on him at some point if he?s unlucky. And this is what happens, the apparently ?mad? culprit keeps picking on people but somehow manages to get away with it unscathed. Why ? I expect he full-well expects little reaction because he targets carefully. Someone with a child, someone not very big, white people, middle-class looking people perhaps ? There was a ?nutter? got on the bus top deck one night last week at Waterloo, called most people sitting up there a ?c**t? or ?ugly? as he passed them to find a seat. But I noticed he didn?t say it directly to any non-whites, must have been a coincidence, right ? Selective bullying IMO. -
Aggressive man - Peckham rye park

What the feck are you on about ? Reason I ask (and reason for my initial post) was I?d seen a guy of slight build on the P13 shouting around and monopolising on the fact that everyone on bus stays polite and calm so he can just rant on and intimidate others. So obviously I wanted to check the description and if it appeared to be the same guy I could warn people he may also be encountered on the bus. What?s with all your ?do him over? BS ?! It?s like somebody posts one thing and you just invent a whole new meaning that has literally nothing to do with the actual words in my question. People really do try to extract badness and I?ll-will from every sentence. fishbiscuits Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > KidKruger Wrote: > -------------------------------------------------- > ----- > > Again, as I asked on 4/2/20, "Is this guy of > quite > > slight build ?". > > Apols if I've missed some detail above. > > If the implication is therefore - "why doesn't > someone do him over"... why not ask the landlord what he's up to and why he hasn't given you guys notice ? Also, could the storage box tipped-over be due to the recent high winds (just exploring possibilities..) ?

Again, as I asked on 4/2/20, "Is this guy of quite slight build ?". Apols if I've missed some detail above. -
Many scaffold firms have their poles/connectors marked with a tag which is specific to their firm, ie. a purple-painted end or fluorescent yellow initials. If there?s marks consistent across the erected pieces, perhaps any scaffold firm you call could help with identification as they may be aware through experience of other firms? tags ?

Not what I said, that?s what you just said. Your conclusions are shit. This whole thread has been skirting the ?P? word, but not quite mentioning it - that?s what I?m on about. pk Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > KidKruger Wrote: > -------------------------------------------------- > ----- > > At least they didn?t call the bloke > ?suspicious? > > then spend ages skirting around the subject of > > exactly why, THEN when someone says Oh you mean > a > > ?P****? they accuse them of throwing the ?P? > word > > around ! > > Gotta love the Scots, no spineless > pussy-footing. > > so 'I know it seems over the top but i felt > uncomfortable' is spineless pussy-footing? > > and calling someone 'paedo c*nt' is lovable? > > what a strange person you must be -

At least they didn?t call the bloke ?suspicious? then spend ages skirting around the subject of exactly why, THEN when someone says Oh you mean a ?P****? they accuse them of throwing the ?P? word around ! Gotta love the Scots, no spineless pussy-footing. -

Aah, so they?re not shortening the hrs after all, thanks for context. -
Peckham Sorting Office Opening Times - Changed?
KidKruger replied to Zak's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Yeah I noticed that - I can?t understand why they?re doing that unless there?s actually quiet periods at end of day when very few people come to collect parcels (perhaps due to alternative delivery methods becoming increasingly common ie. DPD, Click n Collect, Amazon couriers etc.). -

Works both ways though. So I?m facing this casual nit-picking robustly. heartblock Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Hey Kid.. leave it. You are right, but don?t > poke.. you never know what someone has gone > through.ok.. over and out. -
If you can?t pick it or kill it, don?t eat it. People need to own the problem with processed foods themselves, relying on Govt for protection is naive. The food industry is set up (and supported by Govt) to give you least value and max profit to orgs.

So you think this thread is about being worried a lone man in a playground becoming unexpectedly aggressive ? I don?t think so and I reckon you know so. We all know what the implication is with the lone man so don?t condemn someone for using the describing word. I thought be able to substantiate your ?interpretation? of my earlier post, but all you?ve come back with is something about a dog called dickhead. What IS this gutter philosophy ? ? Nunhead Cemetery Closed this weekend-high winds forecast
KidKruger replied to Renata Hamvas's topic in The Lounge
A fair amount of branches and smaller fallen trees occurred last weekend at this site due to the storm, so closing is a good idea. One wonders how much weaker many of the trees must be now, and again this weekend, to finally fall in coming months unexpectedly after shorter gentler winds which finish the job off.
