  1. I dunno what to think on this - MU have grown on me as a well structured, well managed team, albeit with a rather high wanker quotient as both fans and players. MC are shouty new money tosspots who do play good football, but are inevitably doomed to implode when their banker departs.Neither of which invoke much empathy in me , but spose MU have a narrow lead. As long as the racists of Chelsea and Liverpool trail in their wake however, I am content.
  2. No retailer is 100% ethical ( I truly hate the use of that word, as it has no quantifiable value ) but the Coop does try to get a balance as part of its USP, as opposed to the grimy scrabbling turds that are Tesco and Sainsburys. There has been talk of a people supermarket in threads of yore, but this is a pipe dream propogated by wealthy middle class proto hippies who can muse on such esoteric themes. The Coop is the best of a bad bunch by far
  3. 99% of radios/ cd s that have the detachable fronts are always kept in the car - usually under the front seat. Most skaggies know this. if your car is French, then a child of 3 could bend the top of the door back to pop to lock I'm afraid.
  4. how dare someone insult our Queen.IN HER JUBILEE YEAR AS WELL!!!!!!!
  5. Club football is not representing England.Chelsea are representing the extravanace of an A robber baron Oligarch and his ill gotten gains.Chelsea are funded by theft, embezzlement, corruption and intimidation. Chelsea were violent tactless, nasty vermin of ill repute back in the '70s.Money aside, nothing has changed. Never has a captain fitted in so well with the ethos of a club than Brave John Terry. Bayern will win the CL, and Germany will win the Euros.
  6. Chelsea pensioners
  7. Newcastle dumpd most of their ageing crocks when they were relegated - Owen/ Smith/ Dyer etc and have a much younger squad now & significantly crock free in comparison Older Big name crocks on big money = long term faildom
  8. those who secure a Xmas turkey are indeed part of a WR secret society

I will start the bidding at ?500. cash buyer, can complete in 2 weeks.
  11. bloody hell I am impressed. Glad to see brave John Terry will miss the final of course. Odious turd. Chelsee should have a look at the Real madrid manager - he seems quite decent for a youngster.
  12. Performance of the season so far is the mighty toon.Cl may be a bit too much to hope for , but A european place looks nearly nailed on. Thanks for the ?35M for man mountain Carroll dear scousers. It would be nice to see if Everton could nick a decent place and maybe Europe next season - a bit of a testament to the work Moyes has put in with his lot & paucity of funds. And the Luis Enrique money came in handy as well. The Tots have have a good season but I get the feeling that Harrys good luck came to an end with his unexpected escape from the long arm of the law.Now he can realise the ultimate managers dream - taking a hapless England to another futile international finals so we can we watch the inevitable implosion and toys being hoyed out of the pram by its overhyped, egotistical turd smeared hard core of regulars. It could be a rather enjoyable summer.
  13. I find if you watch the fuzzy screen and turn up the white noise IT ALL STARTS TO MAKE SENSE EVENTUALLY
  14. In the Hospice shop today, there was a well thumbed autobiograpical/ humour book about a woman living with a house full of mischevious cats. I wept until I could weep no more.

  20. ticked more than 3 all you can eat doesnt count Most of Chinatown does come under the Angus Steak House category IMHO - all tourists and people from Sevenoaks having a pre Les Mis supper. nom nom nom
  21. I dont think I have ever been impressed with any Chinese resturant I have ever been in. starchy glutinous slop most of the time. I can say however that I did have some street food in Beiijing once that was possibly one of the best things I have ever eaten. I would not eat in Chinatown if I was paid Im afraid.
  22. Im up for a lynch mob if anyone else is interested. Theres a bloke down the street with his eyes too close together - we could start with him
