  13. I love it, of course. ziggy a fool but he had his moments. quite gloriously tragic at the end. also liked his cock on screen moment early on in the series. i think the greek looks like he's wearing a disguise of some sort. it's a combination or his nose and moustache. i kept thinking it would go all sci fi or something and he'd have a face off moment and underneath it would be stringer bell being even more evil. also, the greek's sidekick, man who acts with his hat and his fags, kind of looks like he's about to break into modern dance....like in the kids from fame when suddenly someone does a pirouette aross the street. whenever he sits on a park bench- which is quite often, i imagine he's going to leap up and use it as some sort of dance accessory (the bench) and kind of flip his fat cap down his arm in dancer stylee. Loved it when Mcnulty put on his fake (ho ho) british accent to go to the brothel. in stitches. Also loved his crap sailing knots. O and bunk being so drunk in the morning he was dry retching into the bin. Fab Also loved the episode when both the police had to tell their partners they were back on the job and it was kind of like they were having dinner as a foursome, but actually they were just both in trouble with their ladeez. cant wait for the next season, should be on it's way to me as I speak.

  17. day 756 in the lounge DM is flirting Macroban is showing his pictures of ED 100 years ago. Louisa has said something controversial. A new contestant said..'there are too many kids in pubs round here'.... and the existing forumites yawned collectively. HonaloochieB posted on the song game thread. Tillie Trotter added a line to a limerick. For todays task, the forumites must construct a picture of James Nesbitt using only punctuation marks. Who goes? you decide

  19. If I fell- The Beatles
  20. it is a tricky question alright. a certain amount of rivalry is fine and to be expected but it is very hard to deal with sometimes. especially if you dont want to be shouty and bossy parent as you said. my girls are 3 and 5 and we are glimpsing this stuff from time to time, but it's not too serious at the moment. what ondine says seems sensible, quality time with a parent one at a time. Giving each one a choice about what to do also helps so they feel that they are in control of the situation. Also have you tried the old reward chart system: be nice to your brother for 10 days in a row and get some nasty plastic gak from woolworths?

  25. not just hookers. they have lelli kellis in the window, which any girl between 5 and 10 will tell you are sparkly impractical pointless objects of desire for children, with their own tv ad campaign, Davina's got them in the window, so maybe she ain't no fool after all? I will of course be distracting my female offspring with organic fruit as we stroll past that shop. the thing that does confuse me is the name. Davina Boutique, like boutique is her surname, good surname if you want to sell clothes/shoes. Or like she is a small personalised fashionable version of herself. mmmmmm
