    Thieves took my glasses from my car (along with other things). I am hoping they might have chucked the glasses-in a shiny pink case. If any one finds them please message me. Thanks

    I have always had very good experience with the bulky rubbish removal and think it is a really good and useful service. I got a new mattress and the store would have charged ?19 to take away my old one. I emailed my request using the Southwark site, put it outside this morning and it has been taken . Free and easy

    Not strictly east dulwich but the almond croissants at the cafe at Denmark Hill station are marvellous

    Just had a ?6.95 lunch at the Cherry Tree. Incredible value for two very nice courses and a good glass of wine. Then wandered round to fabulous fire and ice (or whatever its name is) for 3 scoops of outstanding icecream for ?2.50. Both places are good enough that I will certainly be going back even after the introductory offers are finished.

    I'm not sure if PolkaNova is confused or joking , but the new, and in my opinion far superior ice cream place on East Dulwich Road is NOT Oddone's.

    I couldn't find a website but they said they make it downstairs in the shop so I take it they would have the list of ingredients to hand.

    I just had an ice crea from here and was bowled over. I had tried Oddone's and did not like their ice cream I found them oily. However the scoops I had today from Fabulous etc....were marvellous. Pistachio and almond were both as good as I had tasted and their own marscarpone with ground cardamom on top was great. There were 3 scoops for ?2.50 but I think this is an opening offer.

    I've just seen carterjennifer00's post and find it impossible to believe. Colin is a gentleman who has been utterly reliable and gone out of his way to help on many occasions. I would recommend him for anyone wanting a local handyman.

    I would get the 16.19 from Denmark Hill to Victoria, then the District Line to Barons Court where the Piccadilly line goes from the same platform. Should just be in front of the worst of the rush hour
