So if you're discreet - there's no issue. There is an assumption (the way the guidelines are written) about what they mean by street drinkers.

Talking of dereliction Someone had a ladder up the burnt out shop front that used to be Greggs and the shop next door in Rye Lane today. It's only been 4 years since the riots and someones having a look :).

He got into an argument on twitter with a Brewery ("you have been most unwise"). I can't forget that.

Seems like the US is ahead of us in this. they're turning off power and making laptop free tables.

What if they counted the votes wrong and he won.

Still unsure on the main topic - suppose it's OK if the Cafe isn't rammed full. Today I saw one of the Salesman in the Starbucks near work pick up an empty cup when he sat down next to me. His meeting then turned up and cancelled. He kicked the table :)

And make sure your Certificate is right - would not take much to fake a hotspot in a coffee shop.
