The issue with being in control and knowing every aspect of policy is you then are micro managing Gordon Brown did this - IMHO Cameron doesn't - he just repeats the same thing. There's nothing wrong with saying my excellent team are on this and will brief me (if a question is jumped on you) - if it's pre-planned the team should have briefed already.

With the incoming boundary changes Labour need to go some to get anywhere in 2020. I can see Scotland (and if we get a Federal system) regions of England moving away from the UK governing party.

I'm sure I've said before Pedestrians in the road ALWAYS have right of way - even if they shouldn't be there. (which is kind of common sense) That doesn't mean pedestrians can just step into the road - just that if they do they then take priority. in that photo - it's so much easier for the pedestrian to use common sense (I would)

But I agree with the Air Crash analogy - as a fan of Air Crash Investigation. It opens your eyes into how crashes happen.
